What I eat in a day

Today woke up late:
B: apple, then later 2 slices of whole wheat with cream cheese+banana.
Snack: just had a peanut butter dipped (nature valley) bar.
Dinner will probably be broccoli(grilling broccoli with the chicken grease is so good) and spiced chicken with a yogurt for dessert. Maybe a tea later.
*drink a lot of water during the day

Breakfast - Pain au chocolate
Lunch- Sea bass, vegetable rice and cherry tomatoes
Dinner- FOGA shake
Snacks- Large Mocha (Costa) and 3 x rich tea biscuits

Am having my gastric band tomorrow (not a real one- a hypnotherapy audio thing I bought...nothing to lose except some weight eh. 🤷‍♀️😁) so will be interesting to see if it makes any difference.

Porridge for breakfast
Half of a spicy bean and cheese wrap for lunch - was from tesco in the meal deal aisle and quite nice although I didn’t really fancy the second half!
Small peach icecream sundae as a snack
Tea will probably be a bun-less turkey burger with veg and salad

1PM: Granola, Alpro yoghurt and strawberries
4PM: Rowntree’s watermelon ice lolly
7PM Roast potatoes, carrots, brocolli and sprouts

About 12ish: biscoff spread on toast
3.30- fab ice lolly
6.30- a large Big Mac meal from McDonald’s with mozzarella sticks. Weren’t expecting a McDonald’s for tea, was hoping not to go over my calories today 😅
Loads of water throughout the day. A cup of tea and a cappuccino also

9:30 Breakfast bar
1pm Ham and lettuce wrap with some apple
6:30pm macaroni cheese
Might have some weetabix as a snack later

Breakfast - Just a cup of coffee
Dinner - Quarter pounder with cheese and a coke
Tea - Sausage, mash and gravy

Also had a can of coke and bought myself one of those water cups with the time of day running down to start using tomorrow.. hopefully makes me drink more water!

Lunch-noodles
Snack- a few chocolate digestives
Dinner-Salmon salad with Potatoes
Snack- Salmon sandwich with a packet of crisps and a apple.

drinks-water throughout day, glass of Sprite and two cups of tea.

12pm - cappuccino

2pm - mini cheese and onion roll, orange juice

5pm - bowl of shredded with soya milk

10pm - gadogado salad, vegan White Russian and two shots of Prosecco

12am - fresh pineapple 🍍

Never heard of gadagado salad- just googled and it looks so nice 😋😋😋

10am - Honey stinger waffle and 5 energy chews (spread the gels throughout a run)
12pm - Electrolyte hydration drink and a ginger ale
2pm - Half a chocolate donut
4pm - Handful of fries
8pm - Indian feast of poppodoms, onion bhaji, chicken vindaloo, basmati rice and garlic naan 🙈
11pm - Half a chocolate donut

Also had lots of water, a glass of Prosecco and a couple of glasses of red wine.

Rather bad day but was my weekly blowout after doing a long training run.

b - coffee w/ vanilla almond creamer stuff , an amazing dill pickle , slice of Monterrey jack cheese.
l- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
diet coke . diet coke . diet coke.
1200 ml water
d- sautéed broccoli w/ melted cheddar and mozz cheese + butter and salt .

english breakfast tea w/ milk and sugar
1200 ml water

Breakfast = coffee and banana
Lunch = tomato cup a soup and Linda McCartney sausage sandwich with hp sauce
Dinner = Boursin pasta with cherry tomatoes, spinach and garlic bread
Snacks = 2 digestives and a bowl of Tesco prawn shells crisps
Lots of cups of tea, not enough water 😂

Porridge for breakfast
Turkey sandwich and mini cheddars for lunch

Half a chocolate mousse as a snack, it was horrible. An alpen cereal bar.

For dinner, not sure. I was planning on having a small chicken tikka but I really really crave toast atm!

Lots of chewing gum today, lots of tea, and I'm working my way through one 1.5ltr bottle of water (nearly done!)

I’ve been so unhealthy today as it’s the first day of our holiday so don’t judge me 😅

B: Starbucks pecan swirl and pumpkin spice frappe
L: nothing, full from breakfast
D: McDonald’s big tasty, fries and mozzarella sticks
Pudding: half a M&S Colin cake jar (delicious)

Still out of action with covid 😷
Tea (strong Yorkshire tea with milk no sugar) and toast (white warbys with lurpak)
A packet of veg crisps from aldi dipped in Moroccan hummus
Water, 2 more teas and a can of Coke..
Might have some cheese and crackers later if I’m still awake to watch vigil!!!

Really hoping I’m back to normal in the next day or so I feel so out of sorts and sluggish!!!

Dinner - Cod bites a cup of tea
Tea - Chicken roast

I’ve also drank about 1 litre of water today

Really want some snacks but might go brush my teeth and get into bed to watch tv to stop myself 🙈

Breakfast: wholemeal toast and butter
Snack: packet of wheat crunchies
Lunch: salad roll
Snack: a few minstrels and 2 lotus biscuits.
Dinner spaghetti and meatballs and slice of garlic bread. Sugar free jelly for dessert.

I think I eat like a kid 🤔
