What I eat in a day

B- Chocolate crunch cereal with skimmed milk
L- 5 vegetable gyoza with some Moroccan cous cous. 3 x rich tea biscuits.
D- Thai curry soup with croutons

Before bed a hot chocolate and 3 x rich tea.

Very sad but have noticed that once I write it down and post here it will get to 8pm and I’ll be like “Hmm fancy xyz now but have already posted on Tattle so can’t.” Crazy but it works- my brain hates the potential discrepancy between reality and what I’ve posted so it’s stopping me snack at night time 🤷‍♀️🤪

8:00 am - coffee with oat milk

9:00 am - Breakfast - arla protein yoghurt with granola, peanut butter, fruit and scoop of collagen

11:00 am - two pieces of pound land twin peaks chocolate and coffee

1:30 pm - Lunch - 2 plant based burgers mixed with rice and vegetables

5:30 pm - slide of toast with peanut butter and jam as pre workout snack

8:00 pm - Dinner - when I get back from the gym i’m going to have a protein shake plus I’m having a chicken stir fry with noodles and vegetables.

I’ve already drank around 2.5 litres of water today too

B - Oreo cereal and oat milk
Snack - disgusting too sweet maple latte thing from Starbucks
L - toby meat free carvery (basically a tit tonne of potato and stuffing with gravy)
D - we’re ordering pizza express, there’s a new vegan pizza.

I’ve barely drunk any water either 😂

I had the vegan sloppy quorn one last week, so good 😋

12:30 apple & a raisin bar for a snack
3:30 ham and lettuce wrap
6:30 mcdonalds as a treat 😬
& lots of water throughout the day

How do you only have 2 pieces of the chocolate? What kind of super power is this and how do I get it??!! My brain only works in ‘bars’....like the whole bleeping bar 🤣

My sister uses clothes pegs for when she eats half a bag of crisps and wants to keep the other half fresh. HALF a bag of normal sized crisps. I honestly don’t think we can be related. Like there’s only about 5 whole crisps IN those bleeping packets these days.

Lunch: Mashed potato and gravy :LOL:

Dinner: Two burgers

All I have drank today is a glass of orange squash... Opps

I’m still fucked but ate more than yesterday..

Bowl of soup, half a chicken wrap and now a bar of caramilk and a can of Coke that my sisters dropped off 🤗

I never ever eat like this but I’ve gotta make the best of a crappy sitch haven’t I 🤣🦠😩🤢

I could easily eat the whole bar because I’m greedy but I’m getting married in 5 months so I’m trying to be good 😆

B...greek yoghurt
L...red thai prawn curry and a glass of white wine at Giggling Squid
D...crisps, olives and prosecco left over from book club previous night

Black tea and water through day.

9am - cappuccino (it’s good to be home and making my own freshly ground coffee)

1pm - protein bar , cappuccino

7pm tagliatelle Alfredo,

10pm - small slice of white chocolate and strawberry cake

Having a shite day and needed the carbs !!!!

8.30am: Toasted english muffin with nutella and an orange juice
2pm: Chicken empanada
8pm: Lasagna and garlic bread

3 lattes today, lots of water and a coke. I never used to really drink fizzy juice but I'm trying to cut out wine with my meals and have ended up replacing it with fizzy juice 🤷‍♀️

Breakfast- bran flakes and banana

Lunch - intended on having a chicken pasta mug shot but my toddler scoffed it so I had a boiled egg and slice of Edam.

Dinner - salmon. Roasted beetroot. Chips and beans.

Evening treat - glass of white wine and a little trifle pot

I'm having serious guilt for forgetting to mention the ice cream I had for pudding 🤣

Long day at work so have breakfast and lunch with me .

Scrambled eggs , beans and sausage

Lunch is a focaccia with grated carrot, grated cheese, red onion , heniz sandwich spread and iceberg lettuce .

Dinner at home will be steak , mushroom, onions and greens .

Apple .


Already had tons of water today , aiming for 2-5 litres . Alcohol free weekend 😐

Breakfast = large latte from Starbucks
Lunch = quorn nuggets and sliced cucumber in a sandwich
Dinner = takeaway probably Indian because Iv been craving one for ages
Got a cookie pie and ice cream for after
No snacks today but lots of water and mugs of tea

Lunch - Chicken and vegetable soup
Snacks - half a big bag of Haribo
Dinner - Chinese takeaway (prawn toast, special fried rice and crispy beef)

Breakfast - Pain au chocolate
Lunch- Sea bass, vegetable rice and cherry tomatoes
Dinner- FOGA shake
Snacks- Large Mocha (Costa) and 3 x rich tea biscuits

Am having my gastric band tomorrow (not a real one- a hypnotherapy audio thing I bought...nothing to lose except some weight eh. 🤷‍♀️😁) so will be interesting to see if it makes any difference.
