What I eat in a day

Today so far has been woeful

Lunch was two biscuits and a handful of pringles because I'm slammed with work
I'm planning on making some homemade satay sauce for dinner and serve with some quorn pieces and udon noodles

Semi skimmed milk coffee

A small sip of Fanta Zero orange

two small slices wholemeal toast with Lurpak and Marmite

small serving of potato and okra curry and bulgar pilaf

and I’ve prepped the dinner just waiting on husband to come back from work - Turkish shop chicken sausage thingies, in marinara sauce, salad and bulgar pilaf

I do not drink enough water or liquid and I get water retention a lot and sometimes I look like a dry old leather shoe.

Porridge and peach for breakfast

Nutrigrain bar as a snack - the raisin one

chicken sandwich for lunch - on a tiger bread baguette 😋😋😋

Chicken tikka and rice for tea, hopefully, maybe with some Green beans as i got given some fresh. Bit of an odd meal I guess 🤣

I really want a time out bar as mum just brought some home with her

Drank about a litre of water today so far and loads of tea too.

B: oats and peanut butter with chia seeds
S: banana
D: sweet chilli chicken salad and potatoes
S: strawberries and loaded rice cakes
T: chicken with roasted carrots, lentils and spinach
S: not 100% sure yet but i usually have yogurt and fruit hehe

trying to be healthier as i’m off on a cruise on monday so might counter it lol

Breakfast: Pain au chocolate and a cuppa
Lunch: Ham panini and a handful of salted cashews
Dinner: Thai curry (ready meal) and a magnum

Hot chocolate and 3 x rich tea biscuits before bed

I really want to lose a stone in the next 6 weeks before we go on hols so am going to post here for accountability. I have just been reading through the last few pages and it’s been inspiring me! It’s made me realise that I defo snack too much and eat too much chocolate!

Argh I’ve been asleep most of the day! Feel awful.. I’ve had 2 cans of Coke and a bowl of soup 😭 can’t wait to feel better I’m jealous reading everyone’s menus

B - Starbucks beyond meat breakfast sandwich and a soya latte
L - random leftovers of miso soup and a mushroom tart thing
D - mushroom pasta

got some Oreo cheesecake in the fridge so I’ll probably have some of that in a bit too.

Lunch: peri salted chips, garlic bread and medium chicken wrap from Nando’s with garlic perinaise
Snack: a banana and probs some millionaire bites soon
Drinks: a couple full fat cokes. Bit naughty of me really. Vanilla latte and lots of water

Went paddle boarding this morning, was starving when I finished, friend suggested popping in the cafe, so I went for scrambled eggs on toast, no butter... Lunch- leftover chilli in 2 mini wraps, Dinner- bacon medallions, beans and mushrooms.

Then, whilst watching my 600lb life, I ate a piece of carrot cake 🤣

Love this kind of thread.
I also want to lose some weight (about a stone) in the next few weeks.
does anyone use the see how you eat app? I like the structure of each meal and posting a pic.

breakfast - Fage yogurt with some granola
Lunch - small jacket potato and beans
Dinner - after the gym I was starving so I had pesto pasta and stirred some fresh red onion and red peppers through it.
think I’m going to have a meringue and yogurt now and some strawbs

Today’s been a bad one
Breakfast - pain au chocolate and coffee
Lunch - went out with my boyfriend for lunch and I had cheese and tomato pizza, truffle chips, salad, millionaire brownie and 2 glasses of wine (oops)
No dinner but he went to the shops earlier and got a box of Sol beers and a bottle of wine to share 😋 might order a late takeaway too 😂

Two potato cakes, two boiled eggs and a cup of tea for breakfast - I really should mix it up a bit but I love having this for brekkie

Chocolate mini roll and wot sits and a caramilk for lunch

Packet ramen for dinner followed by a Billionaires cake jar from M&S

Not a great day food wise, too much chocolate 😬 and no veggies

Two weetabix for brekkie
Cup of tea, breakfast biscuits at 11
Lunch was two pieces of bread W/ a ham salad again
Prawn cocktail crisps
Apple
Dinner was a ‘I cba’ of fish finger sandwich and 3 hash browns
Cup of tea at 9pm followed by an IKEA doughnut 😅

ended the night with a couple of small breaded sweets/pastries (mini croissant, etc) at 4 (it was free food.)
Then now I just had some plain greek yogurt.

B - Mango chunks
L - Ham and cheese sandwich with crisps
D - two bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese

Drinks - 1 latte, 3 tit work coffees, 1 iced coffee and 1 tea

I had an epic drive home today from one end of Ireland to the other so was pretty much eating to stay awake even though I wasn’t hungry just tired

9am - shite hotel coffee, slice of toast and butter (why do hotels never have peanut butter?), mini croissant, glass of juice

3pm - veggie burger 🍔, curry and cheese chip 🍟 (ate half)

9pm - 6 veggie nuggets, a ferrero rocher

Lots of iced soya lattes and juice 🥤

Forgot to update yesterday but it was pretty much the same as the day before!

9am: Latte and 2 mini pain au chocolates
1pm: Cheese sandwich
4pm: Sour cream & onion crisps
9pm: Pulled BBQ chicken on a brioche bun with fries

Also had a few bite sized cookies and bits of chocolate throughout the day.

Drinks - a can of lemon/lime fizzy juice and lots of water

Not the healthiest day but I'm training for a marathon so am bloody starving all the time- that's my excuse anyways! I know I should be fueling up with healthier foods but I like my junk food too much 🥴

Today I’m feeling a bit hungover so Iv had
Breakfast- egg and cheese McMuffin, hash brown and a tea
Lunch - handful of bbq Pringles and a tub of strawberries
Dinner - haven’t had yet but going to have quorn nuggets in a wrap with lettuce, sweet chilli sauce, lettuce and cucumber
Snacks - Iv had ice lollies and a bag of Walker ready salted crisps and drank loads of water

Not sure what to have for tea. Maybe burger with veg and salad.
Had tea and water throughout the day as well as aloe Vera water :)
