My 20 mile race today. A full time working mum of a 4 year old who does not claim to know all about running and is fully in the real world about what pace she is capable of.

Don't mind me. Just off to introduce Wellogs to the idea of pacing! 👌
I can confirm to all that today, I most certainly did not embarrass the body!!

Funny how very simple things such as training to ability, slow builds, realistic expectations, proper nutrition and no ego running actually work....😂

That is some very impressive running - both pace and control, excellent run!

A professional coach who loses a whole MINUTE PER MILE over a race, should not be allowed to coach people.

Those numbers are the numbers of a 9:15- 9:30 runner. Nothing wrong with that at all, but do not proclaim to be an 8:30 runner. You aint

The mind boggles at how she “coaches” people to pace themselves in a race. I mean, what does she say?!
