Bridges that move. I have a recurring nightmare I'm stuck on one in my car when it starts going up.
Also cranes. No idea how they stay up! I just picture them falling down everytime I see one.

Dwarves is my main fear. I can’t be near them in person of I have a full on panic attack. I can’t even watch movies with a dwarf in.

Close second is open water & being stuck in a small space.

Didn’t realise how many things bothered me till I read everyone else’s!
I’m tit scared of large bodies of dark water, so big lakes, deep ocean etc. I’d love to snorkel but I don’t think I could ever do it without having a panic attack.
Underwater caves, I can’t watch any films that include doing anything underwater. My deepest fear is being in a plane that crashes into the water and literally being stuck there till I drown.
I’m ok with heights (Sky Garden London) but I freaked out doing a Go Ape course and had to be coaxed by several people to do the zip line at the end. I was like jelly the whole way round.
Potholing and caving is my idea of hell. Have had many nightmares of being literally wedged in a small space (stems from being stuck as a child in a large hollowed out snake in a shopping centre when I was small. Kids were packed in end to end and I was in the middle).
Things with lots of holes that I don’t know what it is make my hair stand on end. I’m ok with crumpets for example but a couple of years ago when that weird thing was photoshopped to make it look like someone got bit by something on the boob and it ended up being a lotus flower pod thing. Ewww.
Same when I stumbled on videos of people who live in poor countries who don’t wear shoes end up with maggots living in their feet having to get them cut out-holes everywhere 🤢

swimming pools not the actual pool all the stuff floating in them like other people hair and plasters etc  also wet hair in plug holes, the noise of getting staples out of a box.

As a child I was terrified of ball pools due to being held under in one at one time. I thought I was going to get crushed or suffocate. As an adult I’m still not a fan, but mostly because they’re a breeding ground for germs.

I don’t know if it’s a fear as such but ANY mouth sounds (slurping, clicking eating) and sniffing actually send me over the edge and I end up losing my tit. It’s giving me palpitations thinking about it 🤢

Also puppets and people in full costumes (like mascots)
Birds
Repetitive sounds (beeping, snoring, clicking, tapping)

Scrapping nail on side of a bottle top especially the ones with the ridges 🤢 I get goosebumps just thinking about it.

Using cutlery and glasses in a restaurant, I’ve never liked it even as a child I’d always give the knife and fork a good wipe before using and always drink with a straw 😂.

Party poppers and balloons popping, I panic when my children have them or I’m at a party with them incase they burst. Party poppers I have to cover my ears when someone is about to pull it. If I’m watching a scary film and I know something is about to happen I instantly cover my ears as well 😂 it helps with not being as scared

This was one back when I was a teenager but walking past a group of lads 😂 I’d see them and get my phone out and pretend to be texting while walking past. My friend used to do this as well so I know I’m not the only one 😂

Oh i love this thread😂

I can't stomach "Planet of the Apes" i cant look st the apes talking, it freaks me out. 🤮

I had a freddy kruger phobia for years, my little sh!t of a brother would come upstairs singing "One two. Freddies coming for you" however he was on The Goldbergs last year and he doesnt bother me anymore. Still wouldnt watch a film with him in it though😜

I hate rodents, the cats have a great time in the fields around us and they bring them home alive 🤮 one day the patio door was open and we ended up with a mouse under the fridge 😭as a poster earlier said, the long tails are disgusting. 🤮

I cant stand cups or mugs that are not clear or don't have a white interior , i particularly hate it if theinside is black - cant see if its dirty😵

I hate seeing people blowing on kids food😵 if the kid is not theirs, i know people who work with kids childminding etc and i cant stand it when they blow on their food.....

Another one is large things if anyone knows what I mean, an object that is just huge scares me, not tall buildings i don’t mean, just large things such as a huge ship or a huge statue when your so small, not sure if I make any sense whatsoever it’s just a feeling I get lol
I get this too, cranes freak me out. I also wouldn’t be able to stand under something like Eiffel Tower.

I also have trypopphobia. I don’t know how it’s spelt. You know when there’s a cluster of shapes likes seeds, or holes makes my skin crawl. If you don’t know what I mean google it, apparently lots of people have it. My skin is on edge thinking about it. My husbMd opened our potato sack the other day and all these potatoes were in the soil (obviously lol) clustered together and I was wretching at the site.

Slugs. I remember when I was little going out in the garden only wearing socks and I stepped on a huge slug 🤢. Been disgusted/terrified of them ever since.

The hairdryer overheating and blowing up as I'm using it, causing my hand to blow off and exposing the bone underneath.

Spiders the way their legs move is horrible, I have been frightened of them all my life
Stairs that you can see between the gaps
Bridges this only started about 15 years ago, even big solid bridges bring me out in a sweat.
Walking across a large open planned shopping mall.
Heights I used to have to go to office meetings where you could see from the 8th floor down to the ground it was horrible. I cannot sit up in the top seats in the Royal Albert Hall, I had to walk out of a concert as it was so high and steep I felt I was being pulled out of my seat. The steward I spoke to said I wasn't alone quite a few people felt the same way.
