Well I said I’d be back on track last week.. but I wasn’t
But I am here now!
Got out of bed this morning for a C25K.. I find I’m so much more likely to focus on bring good food-wise if i make a dint in my step count and put the effort in with exercise in the morning.
However.. it was probably one of the toughest ones I’ve done after a two week break with zero exercise. I felt tired about half way through, managed to finish but was quite alarmed when I hit the Fitbit peak zone about 5 mins in.. looking at my stats my HR was shockingly high throughout, I know TOTM can have an impact but I’ll be keeping an eye on that Christ.
On to Week 9 though.. hopefully should graduate from the programme this week Pride will be off the scale if I can do it.
