Yes I was impressed by the reviews, they may work for you? I just decided to try a cheaper option this month as I spent a bit on the Luisa zuissaman recommended supplements too 😅
Haha, I did 3 months using the supplements Luisa said and nothing and so decided to spend my money on the clear blue connect this month instead. Im currently on day 3 of flashing face will report back in 3 weeks!

We’re not sure yet, the consultation period is 6 months. They did say that they may need to keep some roles, but there are a lot of people (including me) at risk.

I did wonder about that, thank you. I asked HR in a roundabout way about how pregnancy would affect the decisions but wasn’t given a straight answer.

We’ve decided to carry on as we were anyway, and whatever happens will happen!
My friend survived redundancy in the summer because she was still on mat leave, so deffos worth asking HR what your rights are x

Hi guys 👋 so happy to have found this thread. I'm TTC #1 and it's my first month trying. Came off the mini pill in November and had my periods back right away. I have a shooooort cycle (about 21 days) which is slightly concerning. Just finished my period and according to my app, I'm going to ovulate in the next couple of days! Anyone else here with a short cycle? X

Well guys my period showed up today! Guess my sore boobs are just going to be another Pms symptoms. Mother Nature is cruel..

Just a thought guys - I have decided to treat myself when I get my period - new pjs, face mask, lots of junk food. It has made me feel slightly better. Thought it might help you guys feel better on them months to xx
I wish but no junk binge for me as I need to lose weight to improve my chances! The worst!

I usually test early with eBay cheapies. Haven’t bought anymore since our last miscarriage.. in the hopes I won’t test early again because I get obsessed. Period due in 5 days and I have a first response in the cupboard. Taking every ounce of me to not pee on it (if it was a two pack I’d have already done it by now 🤣)
Yep Only having one in the house is a good way to make yourself wait 😂

I have a two pack of cheapies and one of those clear blue weeks ones... so tempting isn’t it 😂😂

OPK related question... AF is due on Tuesday and on my daily test today I’ve got a high reading. Is that normal?
Ooooh I’m sure I’ve heard they can pick up hcg. Get yourself a test!

First post here hi all... I’ve recently been diagnosed with PCOS. Had a private consultation two weeks ago and decided to see how my cycles go for another month or two before I consider clomid or metformin as I think / thought my cycles had started to regulate in the last few months thanks to taking inofolic alpha. Come down to 32 days in November and 26 in December when last year they were between 40-80.
I had quite obvious fertile mucous earlier this month and we had sex twice (a day apart), and in the last two-three days I’ve needed the loo loads (usually like a camel and go twice a day!), my nipples look weird (i have implants and v little breast tissue myself so never really get sore boobs), have had a few mild cramps but nothing as strong as my period so I started to wonder hmmm could this be pregnancy. Haven’t taken a test yet...it’s my husbands birthday in the week and I was planning to take one in another day or two. I’m currently cycle day 34 so slightly longer than my last two cycles. However I’ve been to the loo in the last hour, I’ve got a light pinkish when I wipe. Not enough to stain a pad but definitely there each time I’ve gone for a wee (which is still every hour!). I’d started googling pregnancy announcements and getting my hopes up and now I’m feeling a bit deflated that this is likely my period starting 😞
Sainsbury’s local earlier didn’t have any pregnancy tests that I could see and I’ve missed the supermarket for today so it’s just a case of waiting to see. I’m not even sure if it’s worth taking a test tomorrow in case this is a chemical pregnancy? I think I’d rather just get my period and be none the wiser. I haven’t told husband as like I said I was hoping to maybe be able to surprise him on his birthday. Just needed to vent really! I had it in my head we’d maybe need some help in a few months but then started getting my hopes up and now I just don’t know what to feel!

You sound exactly like me! Id convinced myself I had PCOS because of how bad they were as my two sisters have it (though im already under gyne and in 7 years its not been diagnosed despite asking if I have it and being told no) you honestly don't understand how normal it makes me feel to know I'm not alone in the cyst club🤣

I'm in my TWW now I think. We did no OPKs or anything this month & im due in a week and a bit. I've been lightheaded a lot today but trying so hard to not think into it! Fingers crossed it's one of our months soon! X

Wonder what’s causing yours then. They’re the worst, I’ve had one for two months now although it has shrunk down a lot compared to what it was like originally. I’m going to ask for blood tests.

Hope you get something positive at the end of this TWW! 🤞 x x

Hi all. I’m reading this and hoping for some advice or reassurance as I’m totally all over the place re TTC at the moment. I came off the pill in July after 10 years consistently on the same pill (POP). I did not have a single period in these 10 years. I must also add I had an eating disorder (lowest weight was just under 7 stone) for a couple of years during this period so this might have had an effect on things. To date I have still not had a period or any form of bleed since coming off it (stopped July 31st). I contacted my GP in Nov for some advice. I had bloods and an internal scan both of which came back absolutely normal. My friend suggested using ovulation sticks which I’ve been using now for 6 weeks. Every day I had nothing until two weeks ago when I got a peak smiley face! We had sex about 5 times in 3 days from about 6 hours after the test and then 3 days later back to no smiley face. Until yday when I got another smiley face?! Still have had no period, how likely is it to ovulate without periods? Ive become v bloated in last few days but sure this is just after Christmas podge! Any advice? Should I continue with the Ovulation tests? Also must note I’m on the wait list for a fertility appt (i know it’s not been a long wait but GP said best to start the ball rolling) but obvs this won’t happen for ages due to C19 and I’ll cancel if we do happen to conceive! Any similar stories? Thanks guys 🙂 x
OPKs don't confirm that you have ovulated, they just detect the rise in the hormone you produce when your ready to ovulate, it could be that you are surging but the egg actually isn't dropping. The best way to check for ovulation would be temping. X

Moving house soon, hoping that the saying ‘new house new baby’ will be correct. By some bloody miracle 😂

Can I ask a bit of advice regarding PCOS? I have excess facial hair and a lot of hair on my stomach (sorry for the TMI!), I’ve really struggled with my weight since being in my 20s and since coming off the implant in June my periods have been a bit irregular (although it may just be my hormones regulating) I’m also not sure if I’m ovulating and if I am it’s really late in my cycle according to OPKs. I’d like to get checked for PCOS but is it as simple as contacting my doctor with my concerns and they will send me for tests? Just wondering if anyone has any experience with it at all x
I went to the doctors about my periods/infertility (didn’t suspect PCOS but it looks like I do actually have it). Ask for a day 21 blood test to see if you’re ovulating, this should be repeated another month too as we sometimes don’t ovulate every cycle! My doc also sent me for a pelvic ultrasound. If your doc doesn’t offer you this, push for it!! They can’t refuse to refer you:)

It's so strange! But from what I've read implantation is extremely light and browny red blood, whereas this feels just like a very early, light period?! I think my body is just playing tricks on me; like it knows I'm TTC 😂 Thank you though; I'll keep monitoring it & see how long it lasts!
Yes I know how it feels. It’s awful. Our bodies are abusing our minds 😂 Bless you. ❤ Good luck for the future

Those of you who have had a MC before, how long did you wait until TTC again? I had a MMC at 8 weeks pregnant 2 weeks ago. My body feels okay now and im no longer bleeding or cramping but emotionally I’m still all over the place - ok one minute, overwhelmed with sadness the next, then angry, then guilty, then ok again! I know it’s very early days and hopefully my emotions will calm down a bit soon.
My partner and I really want another baby (our daughter is nearly 7 and im getting conscious of the ever growing age gap!) and he’s said let’s try again on my next cycle (if I want to). I do want to but I’m terrified of going through all this again so soon. This was our first MMC and hopefully our last but I just feel very anxious about the same thing happening. Obviously though even if we start trying that doesn’t mean it will happen straight away - we were fortunate last time it happened within 3 months of trying but may not be that lucky this time. Have others started trying again as soon as you can or have you waited a while?
I waited two years - just started trying again now. More to do with the horrific experience I had with the hospital rather than my body recovering etc

Me too! Last month I got some weird pains in my left side 10 dpo. Made the mistake of googling it and then convinced myself that this was it. Unfortunately was just my body playing tricks on my and AF arrived early. Trying my best to ignore any twinges I get now 😩
Easier said than done isn’t it 😭 ttc really makes you aware of every little twinge and feeling!

Hi guys, I’ve been ttc for just under 2 years.
Previously had regular periods that came like clockwork same time very month and rarely had severe symptoms. Had a surprise pregnancy 2018 which ended in miscarriage. Ever since the miscarriage my periods have been completely out of whack which is obviously impacting my ovulation. I’ve been to the GP multiple times as for a while I had periods that were too long, extremely heavy and caused me severe pain to the stage I was struggling to get out of bed, go to work etc. And then I’ve gone months upon months with no period, only for it to return in the form of spotting for 2 weeks straight.
The GP’s keep telling me it’s normal for periods to take time to regulate but it’s been over two years since the miscarriage now. I’m under 25 so they wont give me a smear test.
I’m worried that there’s something wrong that might be hindering the baby making.

Have any of you had anything similar?

All tests now negative so I’m assuming it was a dud batch I got. Gutted but now to wait for AF to turn up! 7 weeks and counting! X

Hey girls, hope you're all ok. I have a question. I did a pregnancy test 2 days ago (AF due this sat) and had the faintest of lines but there was deffo something, so I did it again yesterday and nothing. I have one digital CB left and didn't want to waste it just yet. I read that OPKs can sometimes read it too so I did one and got this...what do you think?
I had a darker OPK before a positive pregnancy test, but apparently you can also get a darker result before your period due to hormones spiking. I would wait until as close to Saturday as you can before testing again x

um.. I just took a clear blue digital and I’m pregnant. Only tested because I woke up at 2am with my boobs really hurting me. I’ve had a weird taste in my mouth the past few days but didn’t really think much of it as I’ve had that before when my periods came. So scared to get my hopes up incase it’s another chemical. Please keep your fingers crossed for us 🤞🏻
Amazing!! Fingers crossed!!!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Sorry to hear that you think it could be your period. I know its not much help, but hopefully in a few days you'll know. Ill keep my fingers crossed for you and your husband 🤞❤
Thank you! I’ve been Googling implantation bleeding but it seems like it’s 50/50 whether it resembles your period or not! I’m pretty sure it is though. At least I know I’m hopefully ovulating which is something though as I’ve had much stronger symptoms this month!
