I put ice into mine once a week after cleaning and the temp is controlled to stay at the same temp. There is a lid and everything.
I can do a minute, (a minute and 10 after this morning) and with that I'm rushing out of it and not to sound crude but my nipples could cut glass and my skin is raw. I certainly wouldn't be hanging round in my dry robe talking shite into my phone outside. However I do be in a buzz after it, generally get a mountain of housework done

Why can't her sheep do their own research on where to buy an ice bath? It's not difficult. I'm not even remotely interested in getting one and I'm inundated with ads for them in Insta, from Irish stores too.

Wait till all the Majella's buy the ice bath and realise how impossible it is to sit for longer than 1 minute never mind 4.5 minutes they will be wondering how the feck she is able to stand the cold for that long and the questions will be flying in to know whats her secret. Her lying is seriously out of hand. It's no wonder the sisters don't seem to have much to do with her.
I don't know if anyone remembers Jake Quickenden from years ago on the X Factor. But he used to film himself every day in the ice bath last year. Like Trish he could spent an extraordinary amount of time in it without his teeth even chattering. You would see the kitchen window open with the plug going in and some days you would even see the steam coming off the water. Like who are these idiots trying to impress?

She lived in Cork for a while near Jacobs. She showed the apartment building a few weeks back.
She lives in County Limerick but only a few miles from Mitchelstown so she isn’t that far from Cork and would be in Cork city a good bit faster than she would get to Limerick city.
