After gifted tools do we reckon?
So obnoxious and shameless. Makes me sick that at least half of these brands will send them everything they want. And I bet the same business that sent their friend Max tools for his renovations worth more than 10k will send them the same tools for free too.

Who buys new clothes to do renovations?! I wear my oldest joggers and sweatshirts, doesn't everyone?! I despair. I guess all the responses and tagging also serve to up their engagement levels to keep the whole show afloat. Grifters...

So bleeping out of touch with reality, who on earth buys new clothes to renovate a damp and dingy house.. unless you’re on the beg

And it's not like she'll be doing more than paint a few walls. Every time Custard needed fixing, she didn't even show up and when she did, she didn't lift a finger and just took outfit selfies (Greg's words)

Her sloppy tops always falling off her shoulders really irritate me too 😂
I actually feel sorry for the kids sometimes. I'm sure they'd often just rather have holidays at home occasionally. But almost every school holiday they are dragged off somewhere. I bet one reason is their viewing figures are far higher than the 'let's go to a motor home exhibition' ones.

Anyone keeping up with Trent and Allie?
I have so much to say about them.
I think there is definitely a whole threads worth of discussion to be had.
Allies mum died last month and they only just told us which is fine but they profited from it by having Better help sponsor the video.
I'm not saying they both didn't look devastated but that seems wrong to me on both counts. Trent and Allie doing it and Better Help not using a bit of discernment.

Plus, they said in the video that they'd decided as a family not to mention it on the vlogs (which they definitely didn't stick to as they kept mentioning "behind the scenes" and mentioned that Allie had gone with her mum to an appointment on one vlog. Everyone knew her mum was ill) then they do a video about her?

I also question why they so Leo on the blogs at all considering they kept Trents other son a secret for 5 years. Joel didn't want to be on the vlogs so what would they do if Leo is vexed over his life being splashed all over the internet.

There is so much more to say.....
I hope there are others familiar with them.
Their fan base are a bunch of sycophantic drones.

So let me summarize their last 4-5 months:
- bought 2 cars for the African rally
- bought a car back home the size of a cruise ship
- bought a property for 208k
- went on a spontaneous NYC vacation
- currently on a snowboard holiday
- not worked for 2 months
- barely any uploads before that either
- begged incessantly for free stuff on Instagram

I think both of them fell into this life going none stop as a trauma response. Neither of them have dealt with extremely complex CPTSD from the health issues both of them endured. They are both having massive mental health crises

I've always felt that way about them as a couple - two people bound by their trauma who seem more like best friends than romantic partners and who have become really codependent because of their mental health struggles.
I can't imagine moving to remote Scotland with no friends and family around and the daily stress of renovations is going to do them any good.

I think you’ve really hit the nail on the head about them being more like friends than romantic partners.
I also think Aimee is a big reason for Craig’s MH as he spends most of his time caring for her and giving her pep talks rather thank looking after himself. As a viewer, I find her draining

I'm watching them. The kids won't want to go on holiday with them for much longer, in fact I'm surprised they still do but I suppose a free trip to America is not too shabby.

The more I see of Vegas the duller it seems, mind you I'm not bothered about shopping and the idea of walking through a mall for entertainment is my idea of hell.

Even on their Morocco trip the eldest two always looked uncomfortable and embarassed on film. Steve trying to jolly them along as they gave him a withering blank stare 😂
Las Vegas looked awful. Staying in that horrible carpark and trudging up and down the main strip and through endless malls and casinos. I mean so many amazing interesting places to go in the US and they head there. Just seems a bit of a wierd place to take children.

I would have loved to have seen more of Morocco than the endless jumping in different pools, I kept tuning in hoping for a bit more than what was shown,

Yes I've been to Morocco twice (only Marrakech and a day trip into the Atlas mountains) and was interested to see more. But it really was the pool and toilet facilities at each parkup.

I'm not convinced they do much on their trips but drive, park up, go in the pool/sea, do a campsite tour, eat, Linzi does the laundry and some yoga, pack up drive again. Personally I'd rather travel less distance and spend longer at each place. No wonder the kids find it boring, they are either driving or hanging out round the campsite.
