I know your heart is in a good place saying this but she wasn’t saying anything inappropriate. Someone calling the kids ugly or stupid or some thing is crossing the line and we don’t tolerate personal attacks against the kids, but she was referring directly to Tracy‘s parenting and impact upon the kids.
