Yes, I definitely think she has Crohn’s. It seems very relevant to the cancer situation, imo. I don’t know why she deleted videos about it. I think it was two videos. She had surgeries years before the cancer diagnosis. I don’t understand at all why she never mentions this.
But when you have Crohn’s disease then you are under strict supervision from a GI specialist with regular colonoscopies. Why would the cancer then not discovered sooner? Because the development of cancer in the colon takes a considerable amount of time like years and years.

I think the most likely reason for her B12 shots and abd surgery is a history of
crohn’s disease which makes you susceptible to low levels due to inability to absorb some foods, or a diet low in such vitamins Crohn’s can lead to a depression and isolation esp in younger people. The pain, nausea, bloating etc associated with it as well as other chronic conditions takes a toll on people. It could lead to having pernicious anemia as a result of low absorption and lack of a healthy diet. Which we see her in many past videos eating high fat, sugar and a low fibre diet. B12 is sometimes given for an acute depression. I know many that have had this. They may not eat well during their acute situation and therefore need this supplemental injection. I think instead of trying to be open about her condition in early years, she tried hard to hide things and overly focus on her appearance and shallow things. this can lead to eating disorder in young kids, especially girls. I once worked with young people needing hospitalization for eating disorders and commonly they were very manipulative and lied a lot. They needed supervision to eat and afterwards to make sure they didn’t vomit. Frequent episodes of vomiting leads to ulcerative diseases in the .GI tract and they are more at risk for cancer etc. It was very very difficult to get them to agree to get help. Their parents had to basically admit them involuntarily. If you pair that with a chronic illness, stress at home due to her parental relationships etc you can see how this type of personality develops.
All this is speculative of course but it does seem to fit in with what we see in earlier and current vlogs. There are many combinations of the above that may be at play. We likely will never know though.

But when you have Crohn’s disease then you are under strict supervision from a GI specialist with regular colonoscopies. Why would the cancer then not discovered sooner? Because the development of cancer in the colon takes a considerable amount of time like years and years.
Because as an adult she seems to avoid things for long periods of time. Her mother cant force her to have regular monitoring and she likely isnt open about her symptoms either. Probably avoids going to doctors for preventative care. She lived in a dorm at uni so easier to hide things from your family. She isn't one to listen to others either as we clearly see. She ignores and blocks wise advice etc.

I agree, a family member of mine has Chrons and has multiple colonoscopies per year. How could it go undetected?

Also, B12 helps with haemoglobin (red blood cells) and anemia. Haemoglobin decreases with iron deficiency anemia. I have anemia and low haemoglobin (low energy, fatigue, racing heart) due to being a vegetarian for many years and not making sure to eat enough protein. I was given B12 injections and I'm on iron tablets. Anemia can also be due to colorectal cancer (internal bleeding) and that is what happened to Tiffany I believe. She already had the cancer years ago.

Maybe she didn't go to the supervisory appointments and therefore deleted the earlier videos to avoid being blamed? Pure speculation.
Indeed. She gives me the impression that she avoids medical care whenever she can. Otherwise a (slow growing) colon cancer could not be so widespread as hers. When she had seek help sooner in the past the outcome could be more positive than as it is now.

I think you've figured it out tbh! She tends to shift blame and create an entirely different narrative so she's blameless. Like when she showed us proof that she's T4b in the letter - the date she got diagosed with that was Sept 2021(it's on the letter). However, if you go back to the video where the doctor said the tumour might be too big too operate on, she says 'I thought I was T3b' - How? Before that no Dr mentioned she was T3b or that her tumour has shrunk, just that she repsonded well to chemo. Plus you have letters saying it from September 2021, how can you be confused about your cancer and grading?! She probably did get letters asking her to come for colonscopies during that time but she didn't think it was bad enough or was in denial whatever. But she had more agency than she's making us believe.

You can't cheat your way with cancer, but you can with gullible viewers.

Exactly! It's like she somehow avoided to look at that letter for months and months. Unbelievable. Almost too unbelievable. Would she tell Matt and her family to not mention anything that's written on the reports to her? Or was she pretending to not know about the T4b tumour?

'I thought I was T3b' - How?' - I remember her saying: "T4b? What's T4b? I thought I was stage 3!?"

"I thought I was Stage 3, but T4b." Maybe, who knows, ain't the doctor who gave her the diagnosis.

I know right! She minimises the serious things and when it isn't serious she exaggerates them. Possibly because in the latter option she has more control and she can go back to the comfort that it's not that bad, but when it is serious she wants to believe it's nothing really and somehow that it will go away on it's own, we got this blah blah.

This is the video - around the 5:32 mark she states her confusion about being T4b. Even though she knew she was T4b from Sept 2021.

She's so set on surgery here it's actually quite alarming watching her contrast recently. Here she's contemplating that she doesn't know what she would do if she was told that the tumour was too big for surgery. Now she's waiting with no treatment and giving the tumour an opportunity to grow further.

Exactly. Mind-boggling. This whole thing.

When you receive a report about your diagnosis, you at least look at it, read it and then ask the doctor what that means. What the numbers and the name of the cancer mean (Low rectal adenocarcinoma T4b). What was she doing all those months not even knowing her staging? And I'm sure the doctors explained it to her even without her asking them. This just does not make sense. What she tells us. It seems she did not even look at the reports. If we are to believe what she tells us.

Plus Bowel cancer usually starts off with polyps that turn into cancer if left to long, I’m talking years and years of growth.

That is why one comment that appeared ever so briefly on her fateful video asking world for advice struck me deep to the core. Something to the effect that she's dying, and that she's had the cancer in her for 5 years already. Someone from her circle who knows the truth? The historical mystery deepens.

It would be very difficult to seen as a colonoscope magnifies everything x520. They would usually go as far as the small intestine and then have a good look around on the way back. Any small polyps would either be biopsied or Snared off depending on the size, when a polyp is detected you’ll have a follow up to watch out for more.

She knows not what to ask, and what information to retain. Or she's just sifting the information out for entertainment purposes. Syfy? Forensic Files? History?

It’s a mystery what’s going on with her. Something is seriously wrong.

I fully agree with you! Your under constant supervision plus regular colonoscopies.

I find it very interesting re her attention to food label details. The recent popcorn example in which she reached for the popcorn Amma offered her in the hospital, and said this one is very low in calories, did you see it? The previous yogurt too, she mentioned about it being no fat or something. And other instances, where she would often comment about the food before taking a bite.
