When Tiffany took a dip in that lake, all 20 of her artificial nails loosened and ended up in the water. (She must have them on her toes as well.)
The Al Gore plastic Loch Ness Monster came out, covered in Tippex artificial nails. Tiffany's face was never whiter with fear, and Matt ran for the hills, finally.
But, there was hope, as in Vee Hope! He arrived just in time with his army of MI5 eunuchs to save Tiffany!
Tiffany then went back to Lake Al Gore, took another dip, and promised never to wear artificial nails again.
"Darling, where are you?"
