That was gut wrenching and the most genuine she has ever been. It's funny because matt and amma told her not to record because she is not herself. But I think she was true to her emotions here and very much her true self. I understand why matt and amma would not want her to record tho. I truly wish her well.

looks like we won´t see any more giggly videos about tea and cozy gowns. in Poland they say "prawda zawsze boli", the truth always hurts.

regarding the surgery: from what I understood it´s not even 100 % sure her surgeon will do it...can anyone explain on what it depends ? the biopsy, yes, but what result would mean "green light" or not ? @Doc22 @AlwaysScience ?
Sometimes after opening the abdomen they find cancer in places that did not show up on the scans and have to close the abdomen.

No, she is hoping for a complete cure. She mentions becoming cancer free in the video today. I don't think we can say either way what the outcome will be. I know many on here are saying it will only prolong her life, but do we really know for certain that she can't be cured with this surgery?
This surgery is described as prolonging life/not a cure.
But I wish her a miracle

I'm confused on that as well. She is saying in today's video that the surgeon won't know if she can keep her bladder until he goes in to do the surgery.
During the surgery they do frozen sections of organs or areas they need to confirm are cancerous or not. Based on those results they either remove or leave them intact. The results come back quickly while the surgery progresses. That is why several different surgeons are needed In case some specialists in urology, gynaecology, plastics etc are needed. They do some reconstruction if needed, after a period of healing. The thickened new area higher up in the colon is a sad finding. I wonder if it was always there but didn't show up before WW. Good news that the lungs, liver and other distal areas are clear though.

I'm not sure we can know for certain. I do think in some cases it proves curative. As Always Science mentioned in another post, it's not something we'll know for months or even years to come. Hopefully it will prove curative for her.

Ah I see. Thank you for explaining in detail.

After the operation she will have definitely no periods anymore. Very stupid lady indeed.
Yes but sadly these are the ones Tiffany wanted to follow her, all of us who had sensible opinions, sensible, advice were binned off.

I greatly hope I'm wrong but I have such a bad feeling that during this W&W period the cancer cells may have travelled to distant areas around her body, but obviously it's way too soon to see any substantial tumours/metastases yet... Cancer cells can spread so quickly... I really hope I'm wrong, because I cannot imagine going through this life-changing surgery only to find out that the cancer is still there and it's another long road ahead. I'm also concerned about how Matt is going to deal with this, I think it's obvious that he does not understand the severity of the surgery and that it's not as simple as having the operation = cancer free and living a "normal life" where nobody thinks about cancer anymore :(

Usually anterior, posterior and total. I think Monique

You are right. I thought she had partial posterior PE because she she had colostomy. I checked her Instagram her colostomy was reversed. So she still had rectum.
It all depends on them being able to preserve the rectal sphincter. The sphincter dictates whether or not a colostomy is needed temporarily, permanently or not at all. It seems that she will need a permanent colostomy by what she says today. . I hope her bladder can be saved.

Nat Woodward I believe was in a similar position, she actually kept her bladder but has to self catheterise, not easy and she has spoken of the struggle.Inhave to be honest, I think I too would for some reason find my bladder going more difficult to deal with.

I feel so sad for her after that video, I just wish this didn't have to dawn so close to the surgery date.
If the realisation had hit when first told about the surgery she would've had so much more time to process these thoughts and feelings, now it feels against the clock. It's rough

Hope her medical team is getting her mental health services ASAP. I would want anti anxiety meds as well as counseling.

unfortunately since it was never mentioned before and it the area of the growth of the tumor I think it reasonable to conclude it is a result of the W and W protocol. It is a sad result.

True, it happened to my mother. Cancer was found in places not appearing in scans.

was not banned but sure felt like an outcast for offering what in retrospect was good advice...I gave up before any banning could happen.

agreed she states at the 8:00 mark the tumor has grown but it's also in the top of the colon area where there is a thickening they saw on the scans. It sounds as if the tumor growing is separate from an area higher up that shows thickening. Watch it and tell me what you think.

Yeah this one was probably the most raw emotional video from her. You could tell right after the last appointment that she was processing things. She looked drained. Despite some of her earlier comments about the cancer "coming back" and Amma saying maybe there wasn't anything for the surgeon to biopsy, it's clear that she grasps the reality. Maybe everything before was just wishful thinking and coping. It's sad that she's also talking about what her absence would mean for her family and friends, instead of what losing her life would mean to her. I hope she does seek someone for mental help. It's very sad
