My sister doesn’t watch Tiffany, but I tell her about her. Sometimes I show her parts of the videos. I told my sister the title of the most recent video, and she said, “bulimia”. My sister always said there’s something fake about her, and always said she thinks she has an eating disorder. I think it was in the video before this one, Tiffany took the tiniest bite of a cookie and then announced that she doesn’t like cookies or hot chocolate

) so this year they are each donating £1 to the Royal Marsden, surely Fluffy should be thrilled at such generosity AND of course "our girl" volunteers there as well 
She IMO has always had an eating disorder of some description, having (unfortunately) had to work in a Unit for teens with ED in my grad year days l see alot alot of similarities with her on camera behaviour around food. I do wonder what came first, the "tummy" issues that led to disordered eating to eliminate or ease symptoms or the eating disorder that led to the "tummy" issues because l think they are connected.My sister doesn’t watch Tiffany, but I tell her about her. I agree. She's always talking about food, she's obsessed with it, but she's either not eating enough (she often says "your girl is hungry") or eats too much.
Let's think this through together logically, Tiffany had described (could have been 4 weeks ago for all we know on the Tiffany Timeline) a gastrointestinal upset of some description with an ?increased, ?loose stoma output otherwise known as "stoma has gone mad" combined with nausea, "did" vomit, dehydration and fatigue this is what would be considered medically as an acute "situation" and in someone with Tiffany's surgical history would probably need a visit to Urgent care even just for reassurance as l imagine she could become very unwell quickly and need IV fluids.
Fluffy announced she couldn't watch that video because she has a phobia emetophobia. She was really interested in Vee Hope's comment about the engagement ring though so I pictured Fluffy trying to skip through to catch a glimpse of a ring.I am baffled at why that cadaverdog hasn't been given the old ✅️✅️✅️

I agree, if her symptoms were not exaggerated and "real" it could mean she has an internal bleeding going on... Naaah, that's not the case and she knows, just building up towards her big scan day. After that scan, radio silence as usual; 14 days later she will explain to her "TT family" in a way nobody understands what's going on
