I know of someone who was coached by him, for a very short time. Almost immediately put on demanding track workouts when this person should have been base building for a good few months. Totally unsustainable

No, unfortunately I entered the virtual London Marathon and it's the same day or I would have. Enjoy it, it's a great race even though the last km seems twice as long as the rest!

When you’re a consistent 60 mile a weeker (sessions and all), absolutely full time “athlete” (cough), living with your actual coach - I’d be looking for a bit more than a 24 min parkrun….
