Looks like they made £66k on their last house. So maybe that plus Kyles wages for the year of saving and any equity along with donation from the inlaws has helped 🤷🏼‍♀️ either way though, they are screwed when shaimiee decides that she wants to move back to East ren quickly!
Yep a brilliant profit but they had to repay

Credit card debts (wedding, honeymoon, shopping)
Help to buy loan on purchase of that house
Car loan
Stamp duty

So easily at least half of it gone on those things. 6 months of no mortgage though, £30k saved? Which takes it back to £60k cash to cover the bonkers price they paid.

Anyone want to go half on the £25 fee to get a copy of the title deeds? 😉
We could get a go fund me started and if there's anything left over get Jackson that ikea toy, a day at Blair drummond and taxi fair so him and Kaiden can get a lift up to her mums for some love and attention.

bit of maths now im down the rabbit hole here

£60k over the asking price, which cant be added into a mortgage, so thats to be paid in addition to the deposit, a minimum of 10% deposit, which would be £26k would still be around £86k, plus £10k in fees, legal fees and lawyer fees.

he is defo selling 3 for £100 😂😂😂

Well he wouldn’t be the only criminal in his immediate family so anything is possible 🙈

Need to catch up on a few pages “my lovelies”… don’t know if it’s been mentioned but anyone else think she’s a cheeky fucker for saying she looks like a whale now, yet someone compliments her dress and she said it’s Angelina’s… maybe it’s just me…

Ah yeah thanks. Seen those. Hopefully someone else does and just tags her. I see quite a few other insta maws trying to defend it in wee chatty mums post comments. They’re completely missing the point being made🤦🏽‍♀️
The comments got right on my tits. “We only see a snippet of someone’s life” well, no actually, we see everyone’s waking moment, oversharing to a massive degree with no consideration for childrens privacy or safeguarding. If people want to share that much of their lives on the internet then expect people to comment and judge. If you don’t want judged, don’t share. You can expect everyone to like you all the time. It’s quite obvious the post was not aimed at a mum who is using Instagram for provide for her children in a way she might not otherwise be able to. It’s aimed at greedy cows like Aimee who can afford to move house, go on holiday, buy tit loads of stuff for new house/holiday/baby, pay for regular beauty treatments, endless breakfast/lunches/dinners out etc - and still accept a free day out for the family and a free cot that SHE CAN AFFORD TO BUY HERSELF!

Exactly! Anyone with half a brain cell could see who that post was (indirectly) aimed at.
