How do we flag it?
The 'Made for Kids' is a grey area. Here are the guidlines:

When deciding whether or not your channel or video is Made for Kids, you should consider various factors, including:

  • Subject matter of the video (e.g. educational content for preschoolers).
  • Whether children are your intended audience (e.g. as indicated in your video metadata) or the actual audience for the video.
  • Whether the video includes child actors or models.
  • Whether the video includes characters, celebrities or toys that appeal to children, including animated characters or cartoon figures.
  • Whether the language of the video is intended for children to understand.
  • Whether the video includes activities that appeal to children, such as play-acting, simple songs or games, or early education.
  • Whether the video includes songs, stories or poems for children.
  • Any other information that you may have to help determine your video's audience, like empirical evidence of the video's audience.
  • Whether the content is advertised to children.
It's mainly about the audience of the videos though rather than the people in it. If the intended audience was toddlers then it would definitely be classed as 'Made for Kids' but as their audience is more towards adults (supposedly) then they can mark it 'NOT Made for Kids'

It's really down to them to decide as they have to mark it when it's uploaded.

Yes and no. YouTube has a sensitive content policy that pertains to kids in videos via their child safety policy. If you post certain things in your video, you can have features disabled. Honestly, TTT (and many other channels) violate them (especially the bath video). Sounds like they have a 3 strike policy. But it also sounds like they don’t have super strict enforcement now for people not reporting they are posting certain content.

The law really needs to catch up to protect child actors for mediums like YouTube. Poor Jackson works longer hours than kids do in tv and movies, and he won’t see any of the profits.

My husband says if you sneeze while peeing, it makes you fart so hard it feels like your asshole will explode. But maybe that’s just him.

I made it less than 3 minutes in. Do they actually show footage of Tim on his exercise bike or not? If they didn't, Timmy B, Jenny 2 Dinners, we know you read here....video of Tim riding that sucker or it didn't happen.

We need a bingo card for all the ways they are ticking off the observations made in this site. If we pull together and pick our battles wisely, I think we can really influence change.
Jenny, loved that you realized J was so happy being at home doing what he wanted to do and being a kid, T Cycle, you did great showing your toddler how to use a fork. Thumbs up for getting that counter cleared, and hey meatloaf from scratch! Well that’s dynomite. Keep up the good work.
If you sprinkled in a home video where, oh maybe some garage renovations were done or you Marie Kondo’d the crap out of your house?? Well then we‘d really know you cared. 👍🏻 #thumbsup

Claims he’s been waking up at 5 am and rides the bike. Ok Timmy tight pants, but your screaming shirt buttons beg to differ!

No riding footage but when tim was showing a program he is using on the screen it had the hours ridden, miles, calories burned etc. He has been using it.

I'm surprised she corrected him on the fork when he had it sideways (the width of the fork up and down instead of side to side) instead of praising him for using it the same way she does. Jens been shown on camera plenty of times putting a fork in her mouth that same exact way. He probably learned it watching her.

Yet another thread :ROFLMAO: Jackson is a different child at home, As he is 19 months now, would be getting concerned at his speech, nice to see him feeding himself, but couldn't they have cut up his slice of meatloaf for him?
