Well that sucks. I assumed it would be quicker in a more urban area. I don’t know how US insurance works, but if they can afford better insurance to get the kids seen to, they really should’ve had it. Set for lifeAs much as I loathe agreeing with them...it really is that long. My son needs a pediatric dental surgeon and it's a 3mo wait from appointment to surgery. My husband needed a endocrinologist. Most have a 4mo wait. It's absolutely a nightmare getting care here now. To many people moved in

Same! I had gone to D23 so I was really excited about the Lug crossbodies and I missed Figment so I rope dropped this morning to be sure I’d get OB. I went alone and rode Soarin, living with the Land and mobile ordered the Gingerbread cookie from Karmel Kuche but people were already lining up for the booths before 11 so I said fuck it and left. I got what I came for. Here is the bag in case anyone wanted to see it. View attachment 2786000

I can’t imagine why Jenn wasn’t there? They leave Oliver aka Da Baby all the time…why not today? Is Tim needing a break from his whale I mean wife?
Tim mentioned that he was going...he said the day after Flower & Garden, so it must be today. This is probably off topic but I just wanted to let everyone know that the Strawberry Festival started today and goes until March 10 it is in Plant City Florida.
Well stated.Yes, but that's 3 months from appt. to surgery.
I didn't watch the live but from what was stated here, Jenn said it was a months (and months) long wait LIST.
To me, that says that they don't even have a definitive appt. yet.
THAT is what sounds fishy to me.
I'm not expecting Jackson to see his pediatrician and then get scheduled for surgery the next day.
However, I DO believe there is - as usual - some part of the story missing. To me, it just seems like they were offered a date and it conflicted with a vacation, offered another date and it conflicted, etc., so they were put on a list to be called if / when an opening happened and they'd be called and if it worked for them, they'd go with it. Because if they actually had a date 3 mos. out like your son's dental surgery, then she would have said, "Jackson's surgery is in May."
Ok just commented in the KP forum…how do NONE of these vloggers know how to eat like actual humans? Of all the weird commonalities they hold, the inability to properly use a utensil is the strangest to me.View attachment 2787243
"It's a pretty big bite, but we'll try it."
Yes Dim. If by "try it" you mean unhinging your jaw to such a ridiculous extent that you appear to be sucking off a large wedge of theme park pizza lengthwise: mission accomplished. His face is so contorted that the screenshot actually looks photoshopped.

Have you ever seen a grown man hold a plastic fork like a developmentally-challenged toddler might hold a toy beach shovel? Whilst scooping up 1/3rd of the top of a cupcake he had just dropped on a filthy table? Balancing said chunk of cupcake on said plastic fork with a bizarre simian-like four-fingered grip? Bringing the chunk of dirty cupcake frosting towards his gaping maw in a sideways motion whilst simultaneously jutting out his neck like a snapping turtle grabbing a treat from a cautious zookeeper?
All whilst having a stray piece of the filthy frosting dangling from beneath the odiously manicured fingernail of his middle finger?
Well, now you have.
Yeah but knowing Jenn probably won't get a video out in a timely manner or Jenn will post the video about it when there is only one day left of the festival.Tim mentioned that he was going...he said the day after Flower & Garden, so it must be today.
Yup. It’s another version of “multiple concierge cruises in a $25k suite, but blueberries are too pricey for J$.”Well stated.
To me it’s not an insurance issue, but rather the INCONVENIENCE to them of the available surgery dates offered.
As usual THEIR enjoyment, desires, wants, needs, etc. come before their two miracle sons well being!
(it is getting too late for Oliver’s misshaped head, which they probably never inquired about.
I still am not convinced that O was taken to all his recommended check ups in his first year)
Tim & J4D’s top priority is and always will themselves.
The boys are either dumped with a nanny so they can play childless, dragged along and ignored or passive aggressively interacted with.
I don't know what to believe, because I have no idea which parts of their story are true. It could be some of it, it could be none of it. I know they are not being 100% truthful. They have shared that his ear infections have made it so he has, what they are making it out to be, significant hearing loss. Tim says in a home vlog---he can't hear a word I'm saying because of his ears. I would think any doctor would prioritize a 4 year old suffering hearing loss.Yes, but that's 3 months from appt. to surgery.

Exactly. That's why I'm not buying it - again, based on what she apparently said in the live If anyone has a timestamp, we can review it further. To me it’s not an insurance issue, but rather the INCONVENIENCE to them of the available surgery dates offered.

I’ve been living in Florida for 7 months now (having moved from the other side of the country so we can be closer to my partners family) and I’ve always wanted to go to the Strawberry festival. I’ll be there this weekend! This is probably off topic but I just wanted to let everyone know that the Strawberry Festival started today and goes until March 10 it is in Plant City Florida.
I'm not buying the new provider thing as being their issue (or others' issues). I go to AdventHealth for my medical needs. I just did a quick search and there's TONS of pediatricians who are accepting new patients in the network, including this one who actually specializes in otolaryngology and is accepting new patients. It's technically been "months and months" already since he's supposedly had the ear infection since October. I can see it taking some time to get into a specialist office. So many providers are not taking new patients because there are so many new people that have moved here. But once established in the office, everything going forward should be relatively quick. Not next day quick, but a couple of weeks. Not months and months, indefinitely.
