He did what now?! OMG. I have investement professionals in my family and they're always telling stories of "that person" who cashed out everything to invest in one company, then lost it. The rule is Diversify. You can keep to a theme if you'd like such as all utilities, all entertainment, etc. But never put it all on one stock unless you only own minimal stock.

They could have been making near $500k a year in 2018 and 2019. How do you know how much of that they saved? Just because they have a mortgage on their house doesn't mean they don't have a nest egg saved up. A mortgage was a good tax deduction until the new tax laws killed that.
They seem to be cheapskates to me if I made even the say $200k a year (estimated) they are making now I'd have a pool guy, a maid and a part time nanny! And I would have bought a Model X because you can write that off on business taxes due to how heavy it is.

They're using the money they could have put toward pool maintenance, cleaning service, or nannies (not that they'd have those anyways) toward buying useless shit like multiple $200 LEGO sets (I'm not talking about the #hosted ones), $2,000 Gucci sweaters, $200 dresses, $300 jackets, and tons of stupid "merch hauls" that will just ultimately sit on a shelf or be worn once.

That tour was horrible. They are so fake about liking the place. Jen looks miserable the next morning and complains about the house being too hot. Could Tim do just one tour where he isn't obsessing about the outlets and USB ports? Just get over it dude!
Nate was like a kid in a candy store when he did his tour. The difference is like night and day.

What's the big deal if she buys $100+ dresses? I don't get it. If they have the money, that's their business. No offense, but I've read some of the Tesla bashing around here too and I own a Tesla. I'm also an EV enthusiast and have owned EVs for almost a decade. Plenty of Tesla owners own them because of them being EVs, not as some type of status symbol. The Trackers going from a PHEV Volt to a Tesla isn't uncommon at all in the EV universe. I'm in no way a defender of the Trackers and certainly see plenty of what some of you see about them, but obsessing about certain things including the price of their house, which is now a relative bargin in Orlando is misplaced. We're moving back to Orlando and prices have skyrocketed so much over the past two years that we're talking about homes that would have been 250k-300k are now 400k-450k and we're talking homes that range from 1400-2400 sq ft.

I think pointing out how much the trackers spend is calling them out on their hypocrisy about money. I disagree with you about them not buying things for status symbols- everything they buy is a status symbol. I am certainly not calling out Tesla owners out all, I am calling out them. They claim to be budget friendly but yet- spend money. If they have money to buy things-cool, but own up to it

I read that as she was shacked up with a guy who was going to school. Sounds about right. Being at college and being enrolled in college and actively taking courses are different things.

So she ditched him and ran to Timmy when the opportunity arose. Somewhere in there we have the lie that she was leaving school to help her sick mom.

I think this sounds plausible.

She moved up to Gainesville to be with a BF who was going to college. They got Armani. Perhaps she had a *possible* intent to *maybe* go to Santa Fe while up there.

They had a falling out. They broke up. She took Armani.

Her mom was already DX at that point.

She moved back to Orlando. She needed a place.

She moved in with Tim under the guise that she had *actually* come back from college to *only* care for her mom.

That scenario is interesting for a couple reasons -

1. Nice BF to break up with you if you had to come back to Orlando to care for your cancer-stricken mom. If that were the case, he's a douche.

But...

2. Tari had her mom, dad, sister, and brother to also chip in and care for her. So Jenn wouldn't have been the sole caregiver. Even if they lived in different counties, I'm sure they all made adjustments to care for Tari.

3. If Jenn *did* enroll in college - even for a year or two - you'd think that she'd have referenced it many more times (i.e. "when I was in college" type stories or references made over time)

4. I'm betting those "restaurant" jobs or "office jobs" (or one or the other) that she referenced were while up in Gainesville, because Tim seemed to not be in-the-know about them when she referenced them.

I know! but it was too good an opportunity not to run with it. haven't responded to many massages over the last week (been happiliy reading the posts though), but it's clear Jenn's taking a few notes from here in recent videos.. suddenly we have more Tim & Tim's Excellent Adventures, less footage of Jackson per 30mins, less of the Trackers performing their two person interpretation of the Nutty Professor 2's dinner scenes. it's almost luke the vlogs have gone back to some realms of partial quality..

Until the shameless #hosted episode a few days ago, which screamed more of 'we've approached the park to consider us featuring them in an upcoming video that'll be watched by 850,000 potential visitors' while also declaring 'look Disney!! we're still relevent!! please let us do this with your stuff.. please... PLEASE!'


Is it wrong that I really want Jenn and Teller, to do a double date with Adam and his petite pronhub partner, to see how she'd react?

I'd love to know their thinking behind all these mini vacations since the re-opening of WDW.

If they're doing it to prove they're a travel channel I can see the point, but they certainly haven't added to their viewer base. They may have even driven away more viewers than gained.

If they're doing them to get away from their house, I can't understand this at all. It would have been a far better investment to stay home and work on turning the structure into a home they love being in verses just a home base.
