So the Palace would really let Harry marry a yacht girl or escort? Yeah right

doesn’t sound like they had much of a choice. Sounds like they actively discouraged him. William definitely did. When he asked the Queen for permission she said “well I guess I have to say yes”. When he tried to set a date for the wedding the palace skirted around it.

the palace can’t be blamed if Harry can’t take a hint.

having said that though, there are tons of rumours floating around the web about celebs being yacht girls. Hard to know what the truth is. On one hand, nothing about that world would surprise me. Stranger things have come out. On the other hand, feels sort of similar to the rumours of tons of Hollywood stats being secretly gay, from Cary Grant to Bradley Cooper to Will Smith and so on.

Much as I dislike to comment on appearances, Scobie’s denial of plastic surgery doesn’t do wonders for his credibility right as he’s marketing a book that relies on people believing he’s being honest in his stories.

It’s his own business what he does to his face and body, but a simple refusal to answer the question would have served his marketing campaign better.

Ooh interesting!!
I read that she was a yacht girl too….
Yes I did as well!!
I read something yonks ago which mentioned this and something about it must be embarrassing for her bumping into Andrew now she's marrying into the Royal Family. 😲🤭

Harry and Meghan would pull the racism card so fast on the BRF - which they did anyway because they didn't get what they unilaterally demanded - if Harry were denied marrying who he wanted to marry. The Queen wouldn't deny him that especially probably them all believing while not trusting Meghan maybe she'd slot in and be a good thing.

Imagine if Charles could sue Omid for this. All that money he’s made on Finding Freedom and selling the H & M sob story gone in legal fees.

It is funny that Harry wrote a book with large parts complaining about his brother and family leaking against him, yet so far there’s only proof of him doing it to his family. He’s the one who’s wrote stories about things as intimate as his brothers circumcised penis, and now this letter that could only have had the details given to Omid by Meghan.

I don’t believe anything Charles said, if it was him, was said with malicious intent. Meghan and Harry have been throwing their toys out the pram since Charles stopped their allowance. Since then they’ve been poisonous against his family. That’s the bottom line they wanted to do everything independently in California but with Royal money and are sore ever since.

Part of me would love it to come out that this all started over a careless statement like “I wonder if he’ll have more of his Mum’s or Dad’s colouring.” The idea that an older person used words that can be misconstrued and it became international news would just be so in line with royal gossip.

Tbh when they said there was concern I always took it as concern for his safety and protection from racism. Charles isn’t stupid and has worked with ethnic minorities most of his life, he knows the challenges and abuse they face daily and wouldn’t want that for his grandson. Meghan can’t be oblivious to colourism considering she’s mentioned she didn’t get treated like a black woman until she joined the royal family. If Archie had been born with darker skin it’s opening him up to a world of racism and daily unconscious bias that no parent or grandparent would want. Having the conversation of I’m worried and concerned that the darker his skin the more racism he will face, how do we handle this as a family and protect the baby from that should the situation arise, seems sensible for a family as global as they are.

I can’t see Charles being purposefully prejudice and racist when you look at the history of his work. Despite Harry thinking that simply marrying Meghan was enough to absolve him of his own racist past he’s never taken full accountability for it and will never be able to achieve the impact and change Charles has achieved for ethic minority youths with The Prices Trust.

This is one thing that really bothers me and is endemic to this "my truth" era of misinformation that is extremely dangerous, how people can bleat on about the Royal family being racist (despite strong evidence to the contrary, and Charles's ethnically inclusive work spanning several decades) and completely overlook the ONLY person in the family that has KNOWN instances of racist behaviour and MULTIPLE occurrences of this.

Harry really is that bleeping arrogant that he thinks marrying Markle and running around with Doria is some kind of invisibility cloak for his past.

If the press had any sense they would only use one picture of Harry in all their reporting on this "royal racist" shite going forward -- the Nazi uniform one -- and suffix any mention of him with one of his racist behaviours -- for example, "The Duke of Sussex, 40, who once told Stephen K Amos 'you don't sound like a black chap', attended the opening of an envelope yesterday" or "Prince Harry, 40, who was caught hurling racist slurs against his army colleagues just a decade ago, was pleased to be giving another hypocritical speech on social justice."

When introducing Chelsy to friends, Harry would say "she's from Africa.. but she's not black"

Didn't Harry backtrack on the whole racism thing during the Tom Bradby interview? I can still picture Bradby's face when he realised he was being gaslit.

I can't believe this is still being debated, almost 2 years on. Either name them (directly, not via their mouthpiece) or shut up about it. How many more books/interviews/documentaries can they squeeze out of it? 🥱

Apparently there’s a second name out there now. This isn’t a translation issue, the names have been planted in the book. The question is by who and are they the correct names?

I've read on twitter the 2 names were charles and Catherine. Can't find the excerpts from the book to confirm though

Interesting. I thought it would be Camilla as part of the same conversation with Charles. But Omind does hate Catherine

What a nasty pair they are. Imagine how Archie will feel when he's old enough to understand how he's been used as a tool to create division and bitterness. He's done nothing wrong and shouldn't be treated as a target for alleged racism.
