That looks like he may have been put in the ambulance in a wheelchair.

No it’s a posh, private hospital and they have a valet on the door like in a hotel.

The way the press cover stuff like this turns my stomach. Potentially an elderly unwell man who has always been fiercely independant leaving hospital and they have to pass this lot.

If he needed serious treatment he might have to be transferred to an NHS hospital

Great news that he is getting out, whatever the reasons. He'll have a lot more privacy at home, it really is a case of nature taking its course, the man is 99 years of age.

I’m sure the reporters will Follow the ambulance or they will just happen to be members of the press at Windsor castle waiting his return.

Chris Ship in particular seems to be revelling in this. It does leave a bit of a sour taste.

Dickie Arbitar (is that how you spell his surname) said it was an ambulance that is for wheelchair users.
I actually don’t think it was him!! There would be a lot more security around I didn’t see any car tailing him

It's always been horrible. I remember the topless picture saga with Kate, the Diana obsession etc. I really admired Charles when he protected the boys from the media and I think it's why I ended up liking Harry after he took the papers to court. I have a deep hatred for the paparazzi, I never read papers or news stories.

Not good.

Barts is a heart and cancer specialist hospital with no A and E through.

Maybe they thinking he needs a pacemaker through he is probably too ill.

That doesn‘t sound good. Im assuming this is an NHS hospital he’s being moved to?

My mum has always said as nice as private hospitals are, if you have something done in one and it goes wrong you’ll always end up back in a NHS one. That’s why she’d never chose to go private.

It is an NHS but i'm not sure if it has one of those semi private wards some have.

At 99 I’d be surprised if there is a lot of intervention they can take :( general anaesthetic at 99 is a no go so I’d imagine it’s a case of just managing existing issues.

Security is going to be trickier here so I’d imagine they won’t want him in for weeks plus the huge press pack outside.
