Never have I seen somebody slice a cucumber and then remove a chunk from each slice in order to line them up straight edge to curved edge on a sandwich, leaving about 1/4 of the cucumber in a soggy pile on a chopping board. wtf is that about?

Skimmed through on Invidious. This living life crap that they go on with boils my blood for some reason. Chris is lucky to have both parents alive and they are never at home to spend time with them. All they are to Chris are glorified dog sitters. Sarah has an aging nana who she only uses for her purse. She never spends quality time with her. She never seems to see her father. All these people are getting older but Chris only seems to care and put himself first. Those girls are being denied a good education outside school activities, hanging out with friends and spending time with their grandparents and other family members. I remember when I was growing up if I didn't see my grandmother on a weekly basis I would have been devastated. So Chris and Sarah come off your high horse and give the real reason you live like this. They are both so smug.

Nothing in their waffle explained why living like this is better than doing this particularly rubbish form of travelling in the 13 weeks a year that kids get off school. They could do a long road trip every summer, log cabin at Christmas, Spain at Easter and they'd still have the three half-term breaks to do DLP/Center Parcs or Scotland/Ireland/France/the Netherlands/Belgium. They could go paddle boarding and 'hiking' and to the seaside every weekend if they wanted to.

That way, they'd have their epic adventures AND an education, social lives, the chance to join clubs and take up hobbies, more contact with the extended families...
