What do you think is the appeal of the wolf clothing? I think they think it makes them look bold and outdoorsy but maybe it's code.

This isn't an ick, this is sexual harassment. I am sorry this happened to you.

Vile
You're right it 100% is. I felt uncomfortable for a while and also did that thing I think a lot of women do where they try to downplay it. I am glad the bar staff took it seriously though.

Colleague I mentioned before is still doing his lets all catch up guys stuff. Today he has put a completely stupid emoji on a post of mine which clearly shows he has no clue what I am talking about. How does no one else cringe themselves inside out when he talks or posts on teams?

I want to know why those fleeces are made year on year and available on markets - they never seem to go out of style ahahaha. Fashions change, but not those fleeces. I wonder if it's because they look warm.

I have also never seen any young people wearing them ironically or anything, just people of a certain age range with certain habits (smoking) and those that you likely see in town every day. It's a subculture. Forget Mods n Rockers, or Teddy Boys, or Punks, it's the WolfFleeceGang... Harmless, sure, but amusing.

Wolf fleeces give me the major ick but I found a FB group where people go wolf fleece spotting which is quite funny. They'll snap a photo of a wolf fleece in the wild and caption their posts with David Attenborough style commentary (this is probably an ick in itself).

Men with man bags - saw a bloke earlier go to get his car keys out of his little bag - made me feel sick.

I've just remembered one from a few years ago, an ex boss of mine, perfectly decent guy, we used to travel to meetings together in his car and he had two chewing gum tubs in the middle bit behind the gear stick, one tub was full of chewing gum, and the other was for his used pieces of chewing gum.

A good idea but a major ick to see.

I have also seen wolf blankets, for those not willing to commit to the intensity of the fleece

OMG flashback to Uni and getting off with a boy who had one of those on his bed. I sobered up and fled. I have far more wolf clothing and soft furnishing encounters in my life that I initially thought.
It's really opening up my eyes to a whole subculture I knew nothing about.

Like what makes someone think -

'you know what would really finish off my living room....a fleece throw with a wolf howling on it'

After some brief research on the wolf fleece, it seems to be illegal to buy them unless you meet the following criteria:

Must be over 50
Must own a shopping trolley (se above option 3 image)
Must smoke rollys (Wolf fleece must smell of smoke)
Must enjoy outdoor markets
Must go to greasy spoon cafes
Must walk very slowly
Must own multiple cats and dogs
Must address people in shops/cafes who they don't know as 'luv'
