Yes, I don't care for the Patreon begging either. I watched Anna and Phillip today and he actually pulled up their Patreon page and asked people to go have a look at it...true, he didn't actually speak the words "please become our patron" but he might as well have! Why else would anyone go to look at their page?...and I've seen others ask also. It's begging, pure and simple. I know it's expensive to renovate a chateau, just as it's expensive for any reno, and they might be excellent vloggers and funny and talented at their professions, but it's still begging...and I'm not into seeing people who actually have (or had) money begging people to help them reno their homes/businesses. Now, when I'm out and about here and I see people asking for change or food or even asking for work, I will donate money if I have any to spare. But not these rich beggers!

Our real estate agent included Chateau de Falloux on the first list of chateaux we were sent when we were looking for one to buy in early 2020. It literally was the only one that did not need any further work. It was superb. Unfortunately, when we went to France last month this was already off the market!
It was owned by a wonderful American gay couple who did an amazing job fixing it! My fiancee and I were absolutely blown away by the work that was done! Apparently, the couple hated the fact that the French government is building wind turbines on the field in front of the chateau to provide green energy to the village of Le Bourge-d'Ire. The couple went into a long acrimonious legal debate. In the end, the couple decided to sell.

Thank you for posting this. The biggest take away from it is something we already knew to be true: SJ is advertising her scam by teaching other grifters how to evade taxes. The fleuries might make it sound like they are all above board, but by presenting SJ as the source of their financial planning, we know they have chosen the dark path too.
Thank you for sharing. While sponsored vlogs aren't new to the Youtube universe, it is definitely new to the chateauverse. A lot of YouTubers consider sponsorships like a badge of honor! That means they have enough viewership to garner such! A vlogger friend of mine here in NYC (he does luxury real estate) is a favorite of many sponsors! Sponsorship is a good additional revenue stream, but horrible for the viewers. At least they were contacted, and not the ones who reached out for sponsorships, unlike SJ who contacted Christie's and told everyone, they invited her!
I hope (without irony) Dan the Gardener gets sponsored by a drone company.

Boy, was that an announcement in direct response to us tattlers! The not so elusive Nic, Marie and stepson Antoine probably wanted to fly as low under the radar as possible, but SJ could not let them get away with that. And the fake expression of surprise by Kat should earn her some points in the charlataine's playbook. I wouldn't call N another owner, as he has clearly not taken up the responsibilities that come with such a title. An investor in SJ's endeavors , sure. Let's hope they learned from last time and he prevents his wife and stepson from showing up in her gag-show. If not, they clearly don't take the education of their child very serious and they are truly as lost as I think they indeed are, with the rest of them. There is no way SJ is not going to milk their stay to the max, we all know that.

Thank goodness i am not the only one who noticed how superficial that goodbye is, MW is doing whatever she can to milk the CD notoriety. I mean she did this youtube channel that talked about "success" but interviewed those people around her which is like doing your high school or college project. She just mostly interviewed people who are in the CD circle. Like are you gonna find a successful painter, business, etc to interview with.
