I have another theorie: IJ might even be the mother! Maybe she didn't want the child because she wanted a career, went away to nurse her aunt for 9 months and came back. Derek still wanted to see him so they had some kind of arrangement. Would also explain the thrown away condom.
You can call me prudish all you want, but when someone is depicting and immortalizing his own (then still very young) daughter naked all the time, I don't think it's strange to assume something is very wrong with that person. It definitely puts the love for her father, that she is non stop raving about, in a suspicious light.
What I would expect is a beggar to have enough decency to at least be polite. She still has a lot to learn from SJ, who not only knows snapping at people will amount to less pennies coming in, but won't help her aura shine and that's her biggest asset.

I think you may have confused Sarah's (Canadian "sewer) name with Clara - VIP Tattler.
Definitely an attitude problem. Eyes and ears, remember? FRK's grumpy attitude is a regular subject of conversation among the tit-show visitors and as I said before, she's not very loved. Not by SJ's friends and not by the people that work there.
Erin may not be able to be licensed as an anesthesiologist right away in France but she is fluent in French and could definitely get work during the pandemic in some medical capacity.
Not sure everyone remembers their stint on ETTCDIY but they have very serious moat issues as well. So $100k is not going to go very far. And say what you will about all of the kooks and grifters at Lalande they at least give us something to make fun of or complain about versus going straight for 6 figures out the gate.

She is indeed a fully trained doctor - what has she been doing all through this world wide pandemic? Has she returned to her profession and worked on the front line in France or UK? Or has she been skipping about her enormous Chateau painting bits of chairs and otherwise relaxing in hiding? If she has been ‘shielding’ and not returned to her ‘work’ I would not give them a single € $ £ ... sorry!
