What ever happened to Nati’s apartment? Are Nati and Amauri living in it? Was it ever finished? Was there a tour of the finished product? Was it filmed like a tour that I missed some how, and if so, where about would I find the vlog?

Well well well.....our little gold digger will be hanging his prized collection of platters on the walls of la Lande! I hope everyone realizes this is the equivalent of a dog lifting his leg to mark his territory....
Phillip ain't going anywhere
Girl....dig those high heeled boots in & stand your ground!😀

..and when someone opens the door on a breezy day, the draught will catch behind them and topple them all off her chintzy plate rail... cannot come soon enough..
Will they hot glue the plates and platters to the walls just like in the beautiful Wedgwood Room? I really hope they do.

And why the scaffolding in the courtyard. Noted in this weeks vlog .
Let's ask Caroline Gooder. She most definitely knows the answer.

That looks AMAZING!! Getting rid of things always feels so good even though it's a lot of work. I'm A bit confused about where this room is. It it going down the long corridor where you cleared out last year? I don't think I've ever seen it.

caroline gooder

Yes. As you enter from the workyard and go straightforward, the door to Natti's new apartment is on the left, and you walk into this room. If you made a hard right, you are in the hallway. Walk past the wine room, pantry, stairs, toilet, and laundry rooms. Then you are in the kitchen on the main courtyard side.

@caroline gooder You seem to know everything about Lalande. Do you live in Lalande or at least have you been there?

If there is to be flower arranging done in that room, should there not be a table on which to do so?

It's by the wall now. I am sure it will be moved back to the center of the room.

Dan's van is in the shop, so his car isn't big enough to take it. Dan set up a workshop at his grandfather's, and he may not want it.

In the end he's not spending enormous sums and it gives him something productive to do. And most of all a purpose! He's happy. What extraordinary can you buy with half a million euros? Nothing.
I think this is the most important thing. Also, in my view, he is saving a very attractive building.
I know so many wealthy people who live bored pointless lives. Too many drugs, too much alcohol. No drive. No real friends or interests. If Gwen wants a quiet life raising her children then she's got what she wanted. Not everyone needs to be ambitious and be successful in the arts and business.
Billy is enjoying himself, he's keeping busy, he's surrounding himself with good people and managing to pay them as well. It's a win win situation all round and pretty healthy I think.
Compare this with Lielande. Terrible people, horrible atmosphere, dishonesty, back stabbing, too much alcohol, loose morals, God alone knows what substances Phillipa snorts, God alone knows what substances Fanny injects into her now peculiar face.
Given the choice between spending a week with Billy or a week with Fanny I know which I would be choosing.

Hello tartlets!
I have many many pages left to read (which I’m not gonna be able to do anytime soon), and have many videos that I haven’t seen (which I’m not really heart broken about), and there was a Patreon video (which no way I’m gonna make myself watch on vacation!)… I’m sure there’s already been recaps!

Just came to say hi, and that we are very tan and very drunk and happy over here!

Cheers to you all, except that Kathy chick who pretends she doesn’t read here!

Isn't that just the truth. And it's not like she's in a hurry, she can wait YEARS for the perfect bargain to show up.
Here's an early example of Fanny buying a bargain crap.
This ugly octagonal storage unit with a bevelled glass top was purchased at auction from the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Rock in the South of France. Made from chip-board and pine, it once lived out it's usefulness in the hotel's restaurant where it was used as a buffet table. When Fanny acquired it, it obviously had seen better days. She does not mention how much she paid for it. Doesn't matter to her as she's just thrilled it's arrived and can't wait for the China Room to be finished so she can have it installed. Her plan was to use it as storage as the central island in the China Room (never finished), to repaint it (never did), raise it from the floor by building a "plinth" for it to stand on (never happened), adding electric sockets (no sign of work being done there) and run electrical cables under the floor to the center of the room to power it (nada, zip). Featured in one episode, it was never seen again. What a freaking waste! But Tattle remembers.

Phillip, love that color nail polish! Quite sexy isn't it? We definitely loved the hot spicy and sexy Chippendale dance for the New Year party! You must teach Amury and Natti, it's all about sexy snake Chippendale moves, as it seems like they're trying to pick up something from the floor when they're dancing and they can't get up because they're stuck in the same position! Teach them to dance with their body not their hands like if they're doing a Hawaiian dance! Unless they're thinking to learn to do the belly dance like the Hawaiian girls and the Arabian dance. That's why the Las Vegas Chippendales dance like a hot snake that just had pepper and spices twirling and dancing like it's no tomorrow! If anybody was doing a score on the best performance on you guys dancing for New Years, in our eyes Philip, it would be you! With the body you have that's built like an Amazon and you know it too, don't you? Let's do that dance next, Brick House and teach Stephanie the moves so she can dance like the Las Vegas showgirls! By the way, we were roommates with a showgirl from the Bellagio hotel. She was a showgirl for 25 years. She was one of the best of the best!
Au Revoir!

Omg ...so more crap is entering the already stuffed with crap crumbling heap...What timespan is thay crap..since the Chealseaflowershow?? or after that?? i seem to remember there already was a load coming from the UK...

Why did they send that indian pergola from the UK when they were about to go there....it doesnt make sense that pergola appearing after months in France...and suddenly Madame Crap is going to collect her stuff in the UK? is it old content?? did they collect that crap already?? did that pergola came along??

So her flat hasnt been rented out the whole year...just used as a warehouse...?? and does anybody know how it works at the border?? a van loaded with stuff?? isnt there nobody asking questions about taxes?? the money they wasted....it must all be a huge ammount..also the rental van..travelling...

How many porcelain one needs?? :eek:all that old filthy crap..who knows what happened with it...maybe it was stored for years in a barn with rats pissing over it?? Disgusting...We also have a lott of porcelain ...but i for sure know what happened with it..and where it was stored away for centuries...and that it was cleaned from time to time...while not in use.. The same goes for old upholstered furniture.....yuk...probably infected with woodworm...like Billies wood vases....and Makers pictureframes...all that old crap has woodworm..I have never seen that they spray against woodworm..just like everything she ignores that..All the expensive things she has bought will fall apart in no time...🙄

i do think there isnt much money left for renovations...all those people she has to pay and feed..booze and champagne..expenses on her heap..all that travelling...buying crap...and believe me...thats only what she likes us to see..there must be much more she buys....those two are addicted.....i do believe she also buys expensive juwelry too...and other things...but that she will never show...People who are addicted to buying stuff...buy everything in a huge amount..

Stephanie, In your last patron video, you described paying 2,700 Euros for a structural survey of the Grand Salon as being very expensive. With all the vital structural work pending at the chateau, how can you justify so much discretionary spending on these non-essential, decorative items? The total cost of everything purchased in this video would easily paid for the structural survey. Even if the item is a 'bargain', the spending all adds up. It didn't strike me as a healthy start to 2023 and I'm honestly concerned both you and Phillip have a shopping addiction.
too much free time and free money....all day buying crap they dont need....so lalande..

For Venice's sake I hope she doesn't move there. The place is currently sinking 1-2mm per year. The amount of tat she would buy and fill a home with she could increase this exponentially. After last years trip to Carnival and claiming it was an annual trip in the past will she be there again this year? Good thing I'm going the week before as I'm taking advantage of our new Bank Holiday weekend (first Mon in Feb) in honour of St Bridget.
if her venice palazzo would crumble under the weight...and sink in the grand canal..with her and phi phi on top off the crap..it would be a nice clean up... 🙄 not that i wish those grifters dead...let that be clear...i never wish anybody a nasty end..

I haven't read the whole thing yet.. but has anyone shared this gem from patreon comments yet? 😂

Stephanie I am the one who gave you the advice on the accounting system which I know you found very useful. This time I am going to give you advice on renovating I have done several properties in France and England and you need to be single minded. It doesn't matter whether these antiques were from patreon or not that is your business, but they were not a bargain because you have lost rental on your London flat storing them, plus time and money to travel to go and get them when you literally have so much to do at La Lande. The lake, structural issues with the Chateau and the chapel, the heating, the facade, Gerrys apartment, Nattis apartment, your boudoir, the china pantry the list goes on and on. I think this year if you are serious about restoring the chateau you need to buckle down and get stuff done, not panelling hallways and decorating it with the latest glut of Burleigh but real renovation. Expensive wallpapers and antiques are of course lovely but now you have to store all this again and the grand salon is not going to be ready for a very long time. I know you have so many things to do so please consider getting a project manager so you get stuff done and seen through, that way you can do your travel channel, do the interior design at which you excel and filming whilst someone gets on ploughing through the jobs in the correct order. Employ a team of artisans for the manager to oversee and you will see immense progress and light at the end of the tunnel. Otherwise I fear you are going to do work only to have to re do it again. Not trying to teach my Granny to stick eggs just sharing some experience. I will; probably have a lot of lovely furniture for you later in the year from my Mother's place in France so I will keep you posted-not to mention china but I think you may have enough now LOL cXXXXXX

Chloe, while some of what you wrote may get negative blowback on this platform, I do think you’ve raised some valid points, certainly in the benefits of a full time project manager. Given Amaury’s construction background, skills, temperament, fluent French and intelligence - he would be a candidate for this role at least in the short term while the Grand Salon is on hold. Personally, I suspect he’s been functioning in this capacity for a while now on some elements of the renovation. In that Project Managers always report to, and follow the directives of executive staff; Stephanie, Philip and the co-owners still retain control. It’s also quite possible that the videos regarding the more decorative aspects of the Chateau and Stephanie’s trips generate the most views while recruiting/retaining Patrons, hence the most revenue for the restoration. The number of Patrons relative to the number of subscribers is absolutely astounding. Stephanie and Philip may enjoy being YouTube creators but it also their jobs, and they do it really, really well. Hell, she invented this YouTube genre!

In the interests of transparency, it's best that I relate my dream last night. I shagged Fanny. I was carrying out work on a building, when Fannys circus rolled into town. The next thing i remember Fanny and I were 'engaged' in the act, I kept dropping my handsaw, ( with a yellow handle), her effeminate ladies maid returned it to me with his sturdy grip. Not a pleasant experience. Help.
Are you Dan?

Once they finished stuffing the van, what does Fanny's London storage locker flat look like? Fanny & Snorty:
- fondled Potty's Christmas gift (an Egyptian chess set)
- vacuumed floors and furniture (the place needed a full deep clean)
- cleared the cobwebs
- hung new green silk curtains (suspect another auction buy). Definitely an improvement over the threadbare curtains hanging their previously, but completely clash with the sunflower doors.
- hung the ugliest white net window coverings along with the green silk drapes. Instead of some lovely window sheers, Fanny dug out something that resembles a babushka's old kitchen table clothes and hung them up in the living room windows.
- moved artwork around. Some taken down, some hung up, some moved around, but none of it done with consideration and art was just plunked up anywhere Fanny could find a spare spot on the wall. One particularly garish piece was hung in the living room because it reminded Fanny of her Daddy's art work, but not before Fanny cleared the cobwebs away.. Fanny describes it as a mish-mash of artwork, but says its not going to stay that way - really - why's that??? Anything to do with Potty???
- left two very large, round crystal table lamps in the living room because apparently there was no room left in the van. They match 2 very large floor lamps which did fit in the van
- appears the small fridge was left in place in the living room to double as an end table and the crystal table lamp was plunked on top. With all the crap Fanny's purchased and moved out of the flat you'd think she'd have a proper end table.
What rich 50 year old fancy lady has a mini fridge as an end table in her living room?

@Gertrude Maud Why ask a question and then negate the answer.... .if the answer doesn't resonate with you then at least be respectful with your response..or is just because it was @Clara Burnett who responded?
I actually don't mind her attitude much. She has a point: it's not like anything we say here makes a difference anyway, so her 'Whatever' seems like an appropriate response. When I first started reporting about Stephanie Jarvis here, I had high hopes that by exposing the truth she eventually would be held accountable. Now look where we are. All we're doing here is keeping our own disgust alive and maybe, just maybe, provide some aftercare for the ones who only just now begin to see the light. My contribution here so far has brought a lot of people a lot of unpleasantness, except maybe Stephanie Jarvis, unfortunately. I'm sure she doesn't like me spilling her milk here, but then again I'm sure she profits from us keeping the fire going too. There's no such thing as bad publicity, I guess. Don't get me wrong, I managed to stay under her radar so far and I'm not about to give up on my pursuit towards some sort of justice for all that she has caused, be it willingly or just by having no morals or empathy whatsoever. It's safe to say my quest to get her exposed began a long time ago during which it only has gotten more and more personal. Somebody answering my posts with 'Whatever' is not about to change any of that.

Wow! This is astounding! News flash…Philip “Snorts” is in no way “executive staff” on par with ANY owners. I can’t see Amaury (or anyone for that matter) taking orders from that little prancing prick.

And…Stephanie “invented” this YouTube genre? Stephanie couldn’t invent her way to the toilet, let alone a genre! 🤢😆

When Fanny said to Dan with a hint of sarcasm “this is the red wine we got over a year ago in Bordeaux “ his face was a picture. Like he was worried what shit she was about spill, and I don’t mean the wine. Always the tease hey Fanny? Putting the truth out there in plain sight.

I don't know how to paste her reply here so will just type it below:

"All of this was purchased many months ago, way before we learned about the grand salon and half of it is Philip's. But I am happy because it means that as soon as the grand salon is finished, we'll be able to furnish it beautifully, which gives us all something to look forward to! Of course none of these items were purchased using Patreon funds :)

Smug as ever!!!
Her reply infuriates me.

1) Three of them own Lie Land and seem to think the only money used for renovations should be patreon money. Does she not see how arrogant she is.
2) Phi Phi is paid by Patreon. They have just admitted they are not doing the China Pantry and they already have more china than they can ever use with about 8 paying guests a week for 2 months of the year
3) It is her Chateau so she could have added this money to the find for renovations

Yep. Fucked off to London. I’ll do a recap.
Given the cost of upcoming structural work at the chateau, said antiques should be sent back to London and sold at auction. There should be no shopping all year except for food. Time for the Floor Scrubber to get a grip and start living in reality.

Fanny clearly wasnt there...who was there actually?? the place looked derelict.....is she had been there..she would be frolicking around in the snow like a todler.. 🙄 dressed in her green fake huntersuit...with that elandhat on...
I know Kim Raad is currently staying at Stephanie Jarvis' CHMN. She has been posting pictures on her instagram, so my sources tell me. I don't get that woman. She seems pretty serious, has a nice job, a husband and a kid. Why the addiction to something that is clearly not her style? And don't tell me it's friendship, because a real friend would have told the charlataine the truth and made sure she got some help, as she seems to be spiraling out of control. It's all very much not sustainable much longer.
