And yet she has a faux Gucci head scarf band...
Where does Stew-It! get her money? Must be family. Now she as an apartment in Paris, trés chic et trés expensive. I think she is using Fanny to get exposure, possibly for a YT channel ala Dana and others. Was she ever a volunteer at the HMN? I know she started off as a guest and I assume her latest time there was paid.

So far I have the following hangers on that have started YT channels after spending time at the HMN:

Dana - cooking, not doing terribly well, just doing terribly
Dan - rural life and ruin restoration - so far just ruined
Marie Wiik - travelling vagabond, mooch and flower arranger - YT channel on and off, not doing well
Tomaz - big time fail
Maker and Manor - still hanging in there
Ollie and Cami - still hanging in there
Andrew and Ricardo - not off to a great start, not holding out hope
Others?

Isn’t there a closet in one of the guest rooms that opens onto one of the tower stairs?
They would be Chambre de la Tour and Bonne Maman. The quarter circle at the lower left corner of del Tour leads to the upper left corner of Bonne Maman. Very convenient for swinging guests.

Also, when SJ started renovating, she mentioned that they "cleverly" added en suite bath rooms into some guest rooms by hallowing out the thick walls. One of which was Chambre Rose. Its bathroom is literally at the lower right corner of the condemned part. The walls are thick for a reason! Their clever move turned out to be idiotic which possibly added to the compromised structural integrity of that section!

Fanny purchased Snorty's Christmas gift (broach) via on online auction.....wonder how much money she wasted on that piece of old tat.
“I bought my boyfriend a brooch for Christmas” said no straight woman with a straight boyfriend ever.

It's just not the Grand Salon that's falling down. I suspect that entire corner of the building, running from the roof down through the attic, the bedrooms, the grand salon and the crumbling outside terrace and steps is unstable.

It's been exactly a year since Fanny, Snorty & Potty spent a day clearing out the attic. I don't believe they've been up to the attic since. In the past year have them filmed in the attic? Since then I don't recall :
- any adventures in Narnia
- any new wardrobes in Narnia
- any foraging through wardrobes looking for costumes or decorations
- any repairs to the attic floor
- any more talk of a sewing room in the old servants quarters for Fanny
- any no more talk of a tv room in the attic
- any plans for a photo workshop for Potty in Narnia

And why? The bet the attic can't take any more weight and the structural engineer told them to stay clear of the attic. I wouldn't be surprised there are now also props installed in the attic holding up roof. The attic is likely condemned & off limits for fear the floor will collapse and someone could come crashing through to the rooms below.
Spot on. The problem is that Stephanie Jarvis has only partly admitted to her patrons what's going on and a lot of the structural problems that were discovered during earlier surveys moths ago are not mentioned by her but do in fact bear a huge impact on how they should move forward when they want to eventually restore. There's a distinct order in which those repairs need to be done, or else the lower floors will still be at risk. It is my understanding that this bad news will be told to the patrons gradually, as to not subvert the influx of free cash too much at once. This will however mean an excessive delay before actual work can start. Stephanie Jarvis does not care too much about delays though.

Happy New Year, Tattlers. Let's hope it's a good one with a lot of exposure for the extravagant misconduct of the charlataine Stephanie Jarvis. Tick Tock.

Even for New Year, Tess can't manage a smile. Someone mentioned Dana's falafels, but is that a high thigh line in her outfit? Cover up, ladies, it's winter.
To be fair, it might be winter but it's not that cold there: around 20C during the day and 13C at night. I would ask them to cover up anyway, as there is no reason to promote distaste like that.

Just stopping by to wish you 15 haters and 3 trolls a very Happy New Year. Celebrations are starting here. We have just finished watching Dinner for One, which has been a tradition for over 35 years, now onto the party. Thanks for another year of laughs, I have learnt so much from you all. Lets hope 2023 is a better year, as it has been so horrible for so many. Stay safe, and see you on the flip side. 🍾🎆

I hear Brenda and Gooder are taking their support of the chatelaine to an all time high and have volunteered to go personally hold the attic up until it can be fixed.

I probably told this story before, but years ago Stephanie Jarvis was invited by an elderly German prince who wanted to court her. She was impressed by his castle and the Christmas market he organized for the local villagers, but not so much by the man himself so she returned to the CHMN without engagement. Isabelle Jarvis was not only disappointed but actually furious that her daughter blew all chances of becoming royalty. Stephanie Jarvis's rebuttal that she would not be happy with that prince, was met with nothing but scorn from her "loving" mother, who has kept on "teasing" her daughter with that failure ever since.
Wow! That's somewhat impressive of the charlataine to stand up against her mother's wishes. I wonder if the German prince was actually charming because SJ seems to prefer assholes like this one...

So did Tess copy Stephanie’s toile fireplace style or did Stephanie copy Tess’s toile fireplace style? Either way they’re both dirty whores.🔥

Very true! And on top of that: the bathroom you showed a picture of, the one painted ugly yellow and belongs to Chamber Rose, has been leaking for the longest time. If someone takes a shower there and doesn't mind the shower curtain, the water comes running straight through the ceiling in the winter salon below. I have personally seen that happen twice, but I guess it must have happened many more times.
Well, that explains the sofa arm.

Once again I had a lot of fun collecting the hints Stephanie Jarvis left publicly that reveal her most recent lies about having only just discovered the structural disasters in her not so grand salon. Over a year ago, in a flog called 'Rebuilding the chateau?' she and her amateur builder cuz Armoir are discussing the sagging of the beams, exposing them and get the opinion of a structural engineer before putting anything back in. This proves that she has known all along there would be an issue serious enough to bring in an expert with more special knowledge that Armoir couldn't provide. It then took her a whole year to change the narrative towards trusting her cousin to do the work (read: keep the money in the family).

Also, didn’t Potty take her to look at bulging, cracking wall and terrace about a year ago or whenever he became a 10% owner?

Dear Fanny,

This is what the restoration of a farmhouse looks like. It's what you do before renovating/decorating.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Your poisonous little troll,

Trollda
Exactly what we did to our place when it was renovated. We had to move out for six months as it was completely gutted, rotten beams replaced, new windows and doors. While the builders were doing all of that, Mr Spratt was putting in all new electrics and plumbing. Also we made sure we got our house fully insulated. If you're going to do it, do it properly.

3rd installment from the Pug Poofs.
Time lapse of the flatpack Ardmore room overhaul accompanied by my old ringtone music and muffled Andrew narration.
Ricardo appears to be doing all of the work.
So as I'm watching this, and yes, Ricardo is doing all the work, Ricardo is putting up wallpaper over bare wall board over the bar (at about 5:10) - no joint compound to fill in the seams between boards, and no primer on the wall board before putting up the wallpaper. Won't this cause major problems when they decide to change the wallpaper (and won't the seams/screw holes show under the wallpaper?)? Like pulling the finish off the bare wall board and leaving it in tatters? I was always taught by my father that the wallboard seams need to be filled and the walls primed before you do any paint/wallpaper (He was a general contractor and built many houses and was very particular about finish work before decorative work). Just an observation.

Hi Clara. Wouldn't SJ need to have insurance for that place and how would this affect that insurance? Especially if an unqualified person such as Armoire were to take on the repair which I would have thought needed highly skilled people to do it.
At this point I have lost all oversight when it comes accessing the structural issues concerned. This is no coincidence: Stephanie Jarvis has been pushing several narratives not just in public but in private as well these last couple of month, varying from disastrous to not that bad, sometimes even changing the story within a timeframe of an hour, creating drama where there is none but also ignoring real threat. She absolutely thrives in the chaos she thus creates and has developed an unique strategy of simply copying the words of the latest “specialist” and if those words do not favor her or her idea of ‘love, life and laughter’, she simply looks for another “specialist”. Stephanie Jarvis considers surveys to be the utmost effective form of procrastination, especially since she can point to others who have to do the work. The sad thing is that these workers do not know that there is no intention to act on their advice: they are pawns in an endless game of delay, divide and conquer, literally translated: survival.
So yes, I’m sure you have a good point questioning insurance. In real life things work out that way. Stephanie Jarvis does not subsist in real life though and that’s my most honest answer to your question.

I do believe he broke up with her via text.
But i didn't know he had a big you know what! Maybe he's the one that made her scream in ecstasy with his big you know what while in Venice? 😀
No, the big one is James Jardine, not Mason. He's obviously tiny, why else would anyone be staring at the sun?
