I have a hunch there’s a story behind Chris the volunteer, too. That whole situation was odd. I get the sense MPK becomes possessive pretty quickly when it comes to guys. He may have screened volunteers and saw Chris as a potential boyfriend…kind of creepy.

The number one thing on MPK's mind is SEX. It motivates everything he does. He spends most of his time cruising online. If he hooks up with someone online he has to get to them or get them to come to him. Since he can't drive his options are limited. Every volunteer he picks as a potential sex partner. He spends lots of time cruising online and offers fame and fortune to everyone he meets there. You would think after he paid $20-$30,000 for a cooking school in Madrid and then got stung by the guy who left him after he had the money that he would learn, but he didn't. He never will.

Oh but we suspect some have had Covid. Both Amuary & Squirrelboy were sick in November, especially Amuary. But they probably were never tested, and if it was Covid, they likely won't admit it. I no longer watch Chateau Diaries and gave up on the gift opening ones after watching only a few. I feel like I do have an addictive personality, and
the CD videos had become part of my routine (and, honestly there was something about them initially that was rather charismatic) -- but once Philip came on the scene and I discovered this site, I could not even justify giving them views. I watch Dan and do love kind of keeping up to date on what is happening at the Chateau through the comments here!! Thanks all.
Just watched the DIY Xmas Special on YT and that was shocking. I'm surprised the TV production company permitted that to be filmed.
After watching the DIY Xmas show on YT, I'm convinced SJ & the shitoo are filmed purely for comic effect! Especially when you compare to the lovely decorations and renovations completed so capably and with such aplomb by so many of the other Chateau owners. The other couple included for comic effect are Belinda and Lee at Chateau Mareuil.
SJ, for the love of God, time to give up wallpapering! You & Gerry are tit at it. Personally, I love a bit of wallpaper, but SJ, you don't need any more damn wallpaper! The decor throughout the shitoo is so disjointed and no room compliments or has any connection with the next.

Now that MPK has Christmas “in the can” (so to speak) he’ll take some time off to pursue his desires. The only problem this year is money. Maybe he can bum some euros from SJ…or hawk some of his designer brands. Or, maybe he’s learned the ways of escorts and will make some money as a side hustle. I don’t think the family will hand him any money…no way. Confidentiality is key, though…unfortunately for MPK, the secrets always come to light. Like the “dolphin” cruise in Spain…he tried to hide, but got caught. It took 11 years for Billy the deserter’s secret to be revealed.
Lalande is also no longer on Bookings.com or TripAdvisor - all reservations done directly. SJ doesn't want any guest leaving comments on any reservation site which would expose the truth about the shitoo and possibly damage her brand.
