Surely that was to assess your eligibility for legal aid? This is the Non-Molestation Order application form that is sent to the court and unsurprisingly it doesn't ask about rent or valuables:

You’ll probably receive a cheque on the post but take into account any debts, claims against the estate, costs if she was in a nursing home etc. It’s up to you if you want to involve yourself, you could find out who the executor is so that you can keep abreast of it all.

I decided in the end to ask housing to sort out meeting and explain importance of meeting being done ASAP. I don’t know what they’re expecting social worker to do given she lives in a land whereby I can simply not want osteoarthritis anymore and I’ll magically get better and be able to climb stairs again

Hoping someone here knows the name of a backpack/handbag/purse brand…
I got a colleague for secret Santa in work and I know there’s a specific brand that she likes. She showed it to me one day and I remember thinking ‘should bookmark that in case I get her for secret Santa’ but obviously I didn’t so here I am!
I’m in my late 20s and remember this brand being around during my primary/secondary school days. It has very distinct branding, with black and purple tones and possible some sort of trees or cherry blossoms on? I am pretty sure it has a black haired young girl on it also, I’d consider it a kind of manga/anime inspired brand. They do backpacks, handbags, purses, pencil cases, coin pouches…. It’s the kind of thing I think would have been in Claire’s Accessories back in the day.
I’ve spent ages googling tonight but can’t find anything, I can almost picture it in my brain, I know once I see it I’ll recognise it….

Thanks, we did call ACAS this morning an they said to try an get copy's of things but of course his work hasn't bothered handing him the copy's, I don't know when we are getting the copy of the meeting but we are taking notes of everything including this that he didn't get a copy of the meeting given while he was there, they didn't exactly call this a "disciplinary" they said it was a "investigation" so am not sure if they have said that so they can get off the hook with what they are doing
I just feel sorry for him, he's been in the food industry since he was 15 working in restaurants then was on the rigs for about 30 years, working his ass off an sacrificing so much to give us a better life an now its all turning to shit at the end of his career life cause of this care home
Am going watch yt tutorials on how to start a channel, am hoping I can convince him to retire an do yt as a little hobby, I think he just doesn't want to not work so refuses to give this place up even after all what's happening

I finally got through to sheltercymru and they went for me regarding my situation. I wasn’t in the best of moods, not least because I’ve had two hours of sleep and spent hours, literally, trying to get through to them and they cut callers off so instead of waiting in a queue it gets to about an hour and disconnects. I wasn’t rude but was clear I’d not rung to be called names, or told to just go online but required information.
Then he tells me it’s too complex for phone. There’s no office where I live - the telephone line is funded exclusively for the disabled, who they can’t help and to go online who specifically advise me to phone because it’s legally complex
Their website totally confuses me. Their help pages especially difficult - the irony does not escape me.
I’m in wales. I was not given the contract I was supposed to be in December 2022. Despite it looking like ‘no fault’ eviction the covering letter says it’s my fault due to being a hoarder and not being able to cope in private let. No one else will touch me with a barge pole as a tenant including the one and only social/housing association provider (it’s all merged, again complicated). Eviction notice not given to me but, literally, buried outside door. End date is April. Have had contact with hoarding charity and they’re looking into a specialist solicitor to help; due to distress not on therapy waiting list but have been able to work in removing items (bigger deal than it sounds - now category 4 not 5).
So shelter told me that not only am I legally liable for all court costs but also bailiff costs and changing of locks/any damages to door and new keys for other tenants as the keys are double sided and that’ll cost ‘hundreds’ as court alone is £400 to be evicted
even if I pay no rent between now and then (not what I’m going to do) I cannot raise that - landlord gets every penny of my money. Also I must attend court but our court is closing end of March. There’s no way I can get to the alternative, at this point he became extremely angry with me for ‘not trying’ It’s all my fault for letting things get out of control and I need to get a grip. I understand he was in Swansea and it can be really hard to understand just how tough rural living can be when not ill never mind when you are, and, short of giving my address out here (he had my address) I’m sure you all feel the same, but it is what it is and I ended the call at that point - I was polite simply saying I had all I needed. I was actually just getting more and more distressed at this point of the call.
Am now very confused.
Does anywhere else offer housing advice? Council housing dept have advised landlord on this so can’t help me, like wise homelessness prevention team (again irony not lost).

Mind did agree I shouldn’t need to pay to see their housing advisor and are looking into an appointment for me, I agreed as a gesture of goodwill to fund half of it so they aren’t paying any more than when they see others.

Apart from amazon what is a good website/shop to look at gadgets. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc I'm just looking for gadgets that are a little different and makes life easier or at least a little more fun

What happens at a disciplinary hearing? (Not my hearing) I've been told I won't need to be there but he gets a final chance to put forward his case that he did nothing wrong? Is that correct?

Are both treatments the same length of time?
The salons I use, providing I hadn't booked 3hours worth of treatments and changed to 30mins would be fine.

No, I normally just put on a few shower caps to keep it warmer, I just spread the mixture over my head and comb it through then put the tight-fitting caps on

It shouldn't get in, the hutches are quite good at keeping things out with the wire mesh, but id probably be getting a trap for it? I know b&q have rat traps for quite big rats, are the rabbits vaccinated? (I am assuming you are UK) If it's going close to the hutch to pick up food/hay you don't want the rabbits trying to sniff at it, since myxomatosis can be carried on skin/clothes/shoes etc you don't want to take the risk it's on the rat especially if it's going out into the wild an there's wild rabbits aboutOh god this thing was huge I hope it never gets init could be after the rabbit food, the children feed them so they might be spilling some. Also the rats might like the
