We have a Sage touch machine and it produces an amazing cup but it’s really trial and error with grind time, milk heat etc, you can tweak so much to get it to your liking.Thank you, will google them now
This sort of fits what you’re after https://tattle.life/threads/help-me-find-a-_______-outfit.22033/I've had a little search and can't find anything, but is there a "where can I buy" fashion / shopping type thread on Tattle anywhere?
god that’s gross isn’t it. apart from getting your garden fenced off I’m not sure what else you can doHow do I get my neighbours dog to stop pooing on our lawn?
Starting to get really frustrated, they’ve got a six month old pup and let them freely roam our road unsupervised. We’re rural and with all this greenery around us the dog has decided that right outside my front door is the perfect toilet, and I’ve got a special needs child who doesn’t understand the “chocolate ice cream” can’t be picked up. They’re not the kind of neighbour you can have a reasonable discussion with, but I can feel my temper fraying as it’s become a daily occurrence and it’s putting my child at risk, so I need ideas for humane deterrents please!
residency hotel?Random question, is any here from or go into Blackpool regularly?
We will be going soon and I found a hotel I was thinking of booking a while back, but now I can't find it an can't remember it's name
From what I remember it was quite new so was quite modern inside, it was a black hotel with a small car park an was on the sea front, I can't remember if it was on a corner to a road or not but it looked like it was maybe between central pier an the theme park
It's only one night as we will be moving on in the morning but needed one with a car park an this one seemed reasonable priced as well
I agree, what are getting out of sending screenshots to his girlfriends family? She’s blocked you, she doesn’t want to know. You’ve dragged her family into it and that’s not fair. It doesn’t matter that he was messaging you, stop engaging with this man, block and move on before you end up with this against your name.
Imo that mortgage is good, obv depending where you live and size etc. What do you think is a normal amount to spend on bills per month? We currently have a joint income of just under 80k, which works out at about £4300 per month after all taxes etc. at the moment we put £600 each in to the joint account and it covers all bills with a little money to spare. We want to move somewhere bigger and more suburban, but the mortgages are looking to be around £1600 on their own, so I imagine we’d be paying just over £1k each including bills, which is obviously a lot more but then we’d have a garden and more space, and be somewhere a bit quieter (currently live in the city centre) I was originally looking at it thinking I used to rent a flat and paid around £1000 per month for just rent and parking, so it’s not that bad but I am not sure if I’m being silly
sorry for this massive ramble![]()
Have you tried this number - +44 161 813 1481Has anyone ever dealt with LookFantastic customer service?
I bought an Estée Lauder moisturizer from their website (worth €55) and the box arrived open. I reached out to them to ask for a refund or a replacement because it is a well-known fact that skincare products should not be used if the packaging is not sealed or is open.
They responded saying they will give me a £10 voucher instead. I can’t use the product because it is unsanitary for it to arrive with an open box. What is £10 going to do? Now they’re asking me a bunch of stupid questions such as ‘batch expiry date’ and ‘what is the exact issue’.
Honestly, if they can’t comprehend an open box is automatic return, then I don’t know what to say. You can’t even speak to them over the phone.
I used to think of her as family so it feels like quite a big decision for me, and I also recently saw some thing about ghosting being an immature reaction, so I wasn’t really sure. I guess everyone does it.I don't really see an issue ghosting if you haven't spoken in a long time. I suppose it's not different to changing your number and not giving her the new one
your not meant to but wether anyone will do anything is a different matter. Mine catches next door and i had to submit footage before and no one said anything. I also used to live in a flat and someone had their door bell pointed at my door only despite it being intercom and then a second intercom to get to our two flats.. it used to film straight into my flat. I rang 101 and they couldn’t do anythingDoes anyone know the rules around CCTV/Ring doorbells? Mine shows mine and my neighbours front gardens/pathways. Is this legal? They haven't said anything about it and to be quite honest they're the reason I got one in the first place![]()
Yes, a tick on my lower leg about 4 years ago. I was horrified. Got the whole thing off with tweezers, wiped the area with antibacterial wipes and kept an eye on the leg for weeks for red marks or swelling. Nothing happened. I was absolutely fine. Plenty of tick bites don't lead to Lyme disease. Fingers crossed you'll be fine.Just removed a bloody tick. Anyone had one before and were you ok?
I love the selection of Nespresso pods!I will say though that I love the range of Nespresso pods. Something for all tastes - and even the decaff ones are good. I spend far too much money on coffee but it's still way cheaper than takeaway ones.
Thanks I'll try an see if the council will take any involvement with it an if not try ofsteadEven if private it should still be registered with the local council. Or you could try reporting to ofstead? Other than that I’m not sure who to report to sorry x
We don't know if they are putting her down or she's going down herself, she's only two an all we get is "I had a long sleep" an they tell us the times she slept but we have told them to just wake her before 3 or distract her so she doesn't sleep, this is what we do, we can't have her sleeping past 3 because she's not going to bed till almost 10 at night sometimes an then she's still getting up at 6 an ends up being totally exhausted an it's just a day of meltdowns, the heath visitor also suggested she stop sleeping past 3 for this reason as well, my brother's had a few meetings with them about this an the health visitor also had a meeting about this, but we just found out when my niece mentioned she got a dummy yesterday that they have been giving her oneAre they purposefully putting your niece down to sleep or is she falling asleep on her own? When my daughter dropped her nap, the nursery said they wouldn’t put her down to sleep but if she fell asleep independently they wouldn’t wake her up. If it’s the former then I’d write an email to the nursery manager so it is in black and white, along with the info about the dummy, then if nothing changes have a face to face meeting perhaps?
Please try not to worry. Make sure you go there and don’t bury your head in the sand. It’s really unlikely they will evict you if you make an offer to pay the arrears. Even if they say no to your payment plan, it’s up to the court so make sure you go to any court hearing and explain how much you can afford to the Judge. It helps to write down your income and outgoings to show what you can affordwhat sort of help can be offered, i called the council they were annoyed and said court can either suspend or go ahead with eviction. im worried sick, i have soial anxiety, all day ive been worried about going in tommorow

I suspect you have a faulty appliance or an issue along the wiring somewhere. Fault is a very long and slow process.Had this electricity problem in my home off and on for the last 5 years.
Sometimes the supply is fine for a year or few months and then the problem just starts up again without me doing anything different.
It overloads and the switch in the main box will trip. Previously when a bulb popped, it's own individual switch in the box would trip so I knew what the problem was. With this problem I have now though it's always the main switch.
I can't use my fridge as the electricity will trip after a few hours even when I have it on the lowest cool settings. I don't have a cooker but I suppose if I did the same thing would happen. It seems to overload the electric supply. It takes hours afterwards for my supply to be good enough to power any appliance again in my home and I'm worried for winter when my electric heaters will be on.
Even though I've not had my fridge on, days later the electric still trips, sometimes a couple of times a day, though on these occasions I can switch it back on and my small appliances stay powered (as long as no big appliances are switched on).
Its making me very paranoid thinking the electricity company are limiting my supply due to net zero. Bills have tripled, they're also helping themselves to hundreds of pounds from me under the pretence is for my benefit for when more electric is used in winter. I did not give them consent to do this.
I've recently had an electrician in who says he couldn't see anything wrong with the wiring in the houseand I've unplugged everything and gradually plugged them in again but yet the same irregular but regular pattern of the supply carries on
Helllllllppppppppppp!!!!!!!
Personally I’d leave them too it. Especially as it’s been 4 years. It’s their choice to get married and if she thinks he’s not a cheat etc that’s on her. I wouldn’t bother bringing up something from years ago to cause hurt before their wedding. They’re clearly happy if they’re planning a wedding so I’d leave them too it. We all make stupid mistakes when we’re young xFour years ago, I slept with one of my bosses after a drunken night out. He told me he was divorced and had full custody of his son, doesn’t have anything to do with his ex wife, and is single. He’d only been there a few weeks so didn’t really know much about him or spoke to him much.
The morning after, we slept together again and then I went for a shower. As I came out he was on the phone and said ‘gotta go, love ya’ - so I said ‘aw was that your boy?’ and he went ‘no my girlfrie… fuck.’
Turns out they’d been together for five years at that point, engaged for four, her and her three kids live there, and her grandkids call him granddad.
I had to keep talking to him for work purposes, but he got made redundant as the pandemic eased up. In the meantime I’d met my boyfriend. He sent me a dirty message so I told him to fuck off and if he ever contacted me again then I’d tell his partner, then blocked him.
For some reason she’s come up on my suggested friends on Facebook recently and I had a snoop. They’re planning their wedding and she’s posting about how he’s the best partner ever and how he’s so different from her cheating abusive ex husband.
I now feel like such a bitch for not telling her as soon as I found out. I was 19 and stupid, and couldn’t be bothered with the backlash. He was 51 and my dad also worked with us, so it would have caused an almighty rift between us all.
Now I’m sat here thinking is it too late to say something? Should I message her? Do I just ignore it and let them crack on? I feel so conflicted.
