plenty of bands go out at the top of their career, and I agree with others - I think they are far more likely to want to go out at the top, with a bang - rather than fading into oblivion.Thay won't break up, they've worked their butts of to get this far, it will be like normal a break from touring then back writing and recording so likely a 2 Yr break as it was with notes then being funny. You don't have 5 no1 albums and world wise success and then just stop.![]()
Having said that, I would like to think they are nowhere near done yet! They seem to be having fun touring despite controversies, drama, etc so I hope that’s a good sign. I wouldn’t begrudge them a break in the slightest, but I think they’ve still got a lot to offer in terms of creativity.
