For me, there is no other interpretation!! I 100% think it's a reference to stalking exes (and maybe the "competition") on insta.

I was watching Feud about Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. The huge part of it was how they couldn’t accept they weren’t young anymore and holding on to when they had the world at their feet.

Do we see Taylor going the same way? How she treated Olivia Rodrigo to me says she will. She’s definitely bitter and will grab on to anything to be relevant I think. I can’t see her going gracefully. I hope I’m wrong though.

edit: the absolute gall of her to sue Olivia for a song that sounds nothing like hers to then release imgoingtogetyouback actually shocks me.

on the back of this. I was on a long train commute this morning for work so I listened to it back to back without skipping any songs. After finishing Feud Clara Bow has a whole new emotional depth for me now. It must be incredibly difficult for these women, Taylor included. Knowing they’re the flavour of the month but as soon as their youth fades or someone cooler comes along, they’re finished because the industry historically doesn’t allow more than one woman to shine at a time.

Went to see if people were being haters and nope, this has actually made him palatable to swifties it’s a wild world

I don’t understand the reluctance to accept this album is primarily about Matty. The prologue contextualises everything.

At this point they are being wilfully ignorant. It does make me laugh that some who have listened to all 31 songs accept some songs are Matty like DILH but then get to LOML and imgonnagetyouback and insist they must be about Joe simply because they refuse to accept their head canon is wrong and Joe is neither the love/loss of her life and she doesn't want him back.

I think this was always her original plan hence exposing that he was Peter, that The 1, Cardigan and Maroon are about him amongst others her intention was to make him the romantic anti-hero.
Sometimes the lines to the fans are a bit like calling him out, he leaves because he thinks it best for her and she's like how dare you you know I'm the Mastermind have more faith in me.

In a weird way exposing their real timeline anyway is better pay back, this a a man who isn't keen on too much attention and isn't used to the amount of attention and scrutiny he's now under. And she's off on holiday was Travis dancing and chilling.
