Yeah, I don't get it. It's not that he's stupid per se but he strikes me as someone lacking in curiosity. Like the type of people who hear about something they aren't familiar with and instead of looking it up they just shrug and carry on. Whereas Taylor seems to be the type to hear something, ask questions, dig into it, and collect phrases, tidbits, whatever for inspiration.

Random one from me tonight but do we think the Swiftologist Zack is black listed by her? He went to all nights in Singapore (where he lives and paid for all his own seats) but didn’t get any special treatment like Chats & Reacts got, despite trying to make himself known again to Taylor Nation as he wanted the hat (who obvs know who he is as he got picked for Rep secret session due to his tumblr days) I was also surprised that Ally Sheehan didn’t get recognised by the team in Oz as she’s got a pretty big following too. It just made me think about what and who she deems fit to get the VIP treatment or the PR boxes etc etc. He does do the “critical” thought pieces on her about her being an unethical billionaire etc, although you can tell he still adores her by his reactions at the shows. So I’m guessing everyone around her really must be yes people, as those who question her or her motives etc are put on the outs or ignored?! It really is a bubble living in her world!

I agree. His persona of being offensive to be “edgy” is annoying and unfunny especially for a grown adult man but he’s definitely talented and I think the 1975 will have at least been an influence on it.

It also wouldn’t surprise me if he called it off as in i can see him thinking “I can’t be arsed with getting all this heat and I don’t want all this attention”.

The 1975 worked on music for midnights that didn’t make it, what if she liked that for TTPD instead. I’ve said for a while I still think they were working together at that time, there were Easter eggs in the I Can See You music video.
I love the 1975’s music so I wouldn’t be mad about it. I’ll be upset if they worked together and we never got to hear it.

So when I scheduled my maternity leave to start today that was before we knew it was being added to Disney+ (I’m just somehow that psychic - I also had 27 October booked off work before the 1989 announcement ) so when I logged off this afternoon ran down to the sofa and put it on!

Literally sobbed at the opening and then at Fearless - like others have said it’s such a nostalgic era - it was YBWM and its music video that made me a Swiftie! Also wept at the 22 hat bit, didn’t cry when I saw it at the cinema but think pregnancy hormones are hitting me hard and I was in bits today I’ve got a few more weeks until Baby Parsley arrives so will be watching it a lot more, but I think he has his favourites as I literally listen to nothing but Taylor and he seems to be kicking a lot every time champagne problems comes on (I’m so proud 🥹), including this afternoon when watching Eras!

I had a ticket for Wembley N1 but sold it after finding out I’m pregnant as wasn’t sure how I would cope being away for a night when he’ll be 2 months old, but going to put him in a Taylor themed vest from Etsy and we’re going to watch a livestream together on the tv (not sure how interested he’ll be ) and kick my husband out for the evening! It’s beginning to hit me that I won’t be seeing this tour live, but I did go to 1989 in Hyde Park which was excellent and glad Eras is on Disney+ so I’m not feeling as if I’m missing out too much - that’ll probably change when I see the Insta posts etc of her playing Wembley though

Not stupid, no. But at the same time he thought Yoko Ono was an ice skater. And the Cornelia Street thing was just baaad.

Look, we don't know WHY he chose to get involved with her or why it's still going on. It could be total PR. It could be him trying to up his profile (which has definitely happened). It could be he thought she was the hottest woman on earth. He may have fallen in love with her at her show (although the friendship bracelet implies planning, if true). Maybe they are faking it now, maybe it's love, maybe it's lust.

What we do know is that he didn't get involved w with her because he was in awe of her music, because he obviously doesn't know it very well at all.

I know people are not a fan on here haha but on the podcast yesterday travis was talking about the concerts in Singapore and nearly slipped up saying they were ‘ the last’ of something. He covered it up by saying of that leg but would make sense if there is changes to come once TTPD is out!

Ii think 'm not ready for.a theory based on a pause in the speech of a man who said "cool as fuck", "hot as fuck", and "cool as shit" in the space of less than two minutes He doesn't sound very articulate to me so him saying "the last of the uh... Leg that Taylor has til she's back at it here" doesn't mean anything other than his brain Squirle not squirling Plus "back at it here"? She's going to Europe next not America, so doesn't seem like he's being specific or knowledgeable about tour.

I am a teeny bit obsessed with this thread - I love her music and have listened to more older stuff that I'd previously disregarded because of discussion here. I don't have many Swift fans in my real life (like ones who think watching a live stream of surprise songs on the other side of the world is a totes normal thing to do) I love the excitement on here and I don't agree with everything but I don't think it's ever been exclusive....that's just life.
