Lol this apology just seems so forced and insincere and it’s the fact she waited so long to address it. Completely downplaying it. So those who don't know the full story think she's 'holding herself to account'. If she was holding herself to account she wouldn't have sent the snarky message to a girl saying not to believe everything she reads. 13/14 is very different to 16 I hope there are consequences I'm totally fed up of her.
