The superiority complex of this one. The reason she can afford that expensive tat is because she pays her staff a very basic rate. Like I said before no wonder a lot of her long time staff are leaving/have left - the pay is shocking and she is barely in there any more, swans in to play with that dog (health hazard) and skip around outside on the street.
