I don't really think there's much if any risk of Ellie ending up in the dance-off. Her dance choices this week aren't the greatest, but at this stage I can't see it being enough to majorly affect her vote. And even if her dances aren't the highest scorers, I still can't see her ending up below Annabel.
They usually overscore Bobby, so I am a little worried he could get ahead of her seeing as he has better dance choices, but I'm still not worried for Ellie in that situation, it would just put Layton in the dance-off instead.
I think sadly it's a given that Layton will be bottom of the public vote, if dave's poll is at all accurate. If they didn't get ahead of Bobby last week, there's no way it's ever going to happen. I'm pretty sure the only way he can avoid the bottom two is if both the leaderboard and expected vote remains the same as last week. Or the unlikely chance that he does have a larger contingent of voters who don't participate in the online polls.
Still keeping my fingers crossed that there's a decent chance of this outcome, but of course all it takes is one tie to ruin it.
Layton - 4 + 1 = 5
Ellie - 3 + 4 = 7
Bobby - 2 + 2 = 4
Annabel - 1 + 3 = 4
I think even if Annabel is bottom of the leaderboard, she'll probably beat Bobby in the dance-off. If we assume she does very well with her Viennese Waltz as she already scored fairly highly with a VW based AS, and it's her Salsa that puts her at the bottom of the leaderboard, she'd still have a good chance of beating Bobby, as I can't see him being particularly great at either Paso or Quickstep, especially with half the time to learn them. I really couldn't care less which of them are in the final, they're both boring.
