Listening to Ms Casey earlier on she’s got everything covered off. He N/C in interview so will struggle to be able to introduce some magical defence now because the question is: Why didn't you say this at the time. He will literally have been told: You do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you fail to mention now, something you later rely on in court. In my recent experience the UK officers even ask the suspect what that actually means in basic terms so ignorance cant be pleaded afterwards.
I genuinely don't see that he has a defence to this. Why the f*ck he hasn't pleaded guilty to at least get a little credit at sentence is beyond me.
The judge will see that tweet monetising his adult site tomorrow and go mental. It shows the precise pattern of behaviour that he’s tried to deny in interview/on Instagram.
I posted the sentencing guidelines that HHJ will work from. I think its Category 1 which is custodial as a start point. But then ive worked on stuff where we all thought it was a done deal and somehow it went sideways for us.
We shall see what occurrs tomorrow when the court sits. But i suspect it will be somewhere close to (legal) carnage for him
I believe Ms Casey has been made aware. As have the Court. Im sure they will bring it to HHJ’s attention bright and early!

Interesting. And they are an Essex limo hire company as well. I clicked on the website but can’t find this reg on any of their vehicles but surely it is one and the same? If it’s them, I think it’s shameful they’ve taken money off somebody like him to drive him to his court case, any decent company would’ve said no way.

Anyone here at the court today? Not asking for details just curious to know if anyone went. Jizz must be so insecure without her million filters. Also, I think it went really well today for us. Bear could not have been more of a bleep in his suit and fur. Imagine the jury facing the court looking at bear and jizz: the tacky, matching, peroxide, rough, bloated giggling twins then looking over to G who looked so lovely in her suit. Lovely looking mum and sister, all composed and poised.

From memory, Georgia stated she confirmed it was her because of the clothing she was wearing and that they’d been at a local just prior to the event. I am hoping she has secured footage of them together at this establishment to prove it’s her (we all know it is) and so his claims of not seeing her since Thailand are quashed.
Beside that, I am assuming the police seized his CCTV footage anyway? Surely they did and surely he can’t still claim it’s not her when his CCTV captures her in his bleeping house.
