Laughing as now once again Ada is not being like Perfect Raffy and sleeping in the car for long journeys to be transferred effortlessly to the cot. And shock horror, wanting a feed! Well done Ada

Sheās got a real āfood issueā.Getting upset becuase the had fish and chips and pizza on a Saturday night..... On holiday !

She really is so uptight. What is so bad about kids enjoying foods like this, in moderation. She seems to think there is such a things as ābadā foods and will end up passing this perception onto her children, who will have food issues later on in life, because their mum had a fit about them having junk food, and having kids food at bāday parties and refused to let them have an actual birthday cake. She needs to unclench.
i thought that, did she mean they shared that one tiny pot or that they more than one because there was another pot in the background. If they shared that one tiny pot then I hope they had other things too because it was very small! How did three of them share one pot of Mac and cheese? Why didnāt she let Ada at least dip her feet in the sea with her holding her?
Honestly donāt worry sounds like you are doing an amazing job ! She stresses far too much about their food but makes the most disgusting mealsGod Iām so glad I found this thread. I started following this account when I got pregnant with my first baby and honestly all itās done is make me feel like a failure. Wondering if I should be adding nutritional yeast to things. Stressing that my baby isnāt using cutlery yet or drinking out of an open cup independently. And worrying that their meals arenāt balanced enough. She made a comment the other day about āI realised Ada hadnāt had a portion of fish this week so quickly made sure she had someā or something and I thought Jesus I donāt track it! I just give them some salmon when Iāve bought some and other times they donāt have it for a week or so. I wonder if some of it is that she feels she has to be the perfect role model because sheās an āexpertā and has a book but tbh I think she probably harms more followers than she helps!
I know! I mean I do have some friends whose toddlers will sit still for a bit while watching tv etcā¦.mine never has. Ada is the normal one here!Anyone else have a child who is always on the go???
Ermā¦.yes. I think most of us have experienced that. Iām pretty sure itās called being a toddler She really must have had it easy with her first. My second was (and still is) utterly feral so Iām here for all of it. Go Ada
