Contradiction one. I already have one property and now want a second one.

Later in the podcast. I want a mortgage to be approved and I want to own a property in north Leeds but I cant afford it at the moment. Also sophie if you have no credit cards, loans, finance you have no credit score you fucking clown.


Contradiction two. I need all this income as i am on my own with 3 kids.

Podcast earlier. Kallum and me co-parent so well its amazing. Surely that covers some financial agreement too sophie so no you are not on your own. Your children have two parents.


Contradiction three. I have no interest in material things anymore.

In all podcasts. Her ramblings always cover money and material things in great detail.

Thank you I don't see how you can say one week when asked if her and kallum can't work things out "there's nothing to work out" then the next week "I walked away from my marriage" then the week after that "I manifested something really negative in that I wanted to be by myself all the time."

Also, dunno about you's but if I had 3 kids my priority would be getting a secure place to live so I didn't have to shell out over a grand in dead money for rent every month rather than getting a "blacked out fuck off car" to make myself feel like a "bad bitch" I mean she doesn't do finance so, presumably she's got the cash there to get the BMW x5 or whatever it is she's getting outright so that's surely also enough cash for a mortgage deposit?

Exactly! Why can't she just get her head down, do a good job at the flooring place, increase her salary by advancing through the career ladder, try and put some money aside to invest in property or an established business etc. etc.

She’d probably do fairly well too if she did that. Work hard at the actual job, go back a couple of years with the decent style posts (Air Jordan’s for work are only cute if you work in a sneaker shop hun x), stop trying to be a local celebrity etc.

What is she going on about on her podcast?

Going on about an “internet trolls” (which she had to look up because she STILL doesn’t know what it means).

Firstly “to get a reaction” - unless she’s posting on here undercover (which I think she is). She’s literally gone on about trolls for a whole podcast - a reaction.
Secondly “fat Karen’s getting cheated on by their husbands” - her husband cheated on her, so like you Sophie then?

Then she’s going on about people trying to bring her down and mentally scar her - which she did to me and countless other girls at school and in various nightclubs, bars, football events. The biggest bully and hypocrite I’ve ever known. Vile girl.

Also, she made a bebo website called “we all hate so and so” about this girl back in the day, went round taking pictures of this girl without her knowing and made a hate website inviting other people to write disgusting people about this. She practically invented being an internet troll, so she should know what it means. But, we move.

This (very sadly) doesn’t shock me. I know of her and I know her friends. Many of them. Mean, nasty girls who preach being kind when it’s suits them. The more she cries about tattle the more people she will direct here to read what she is really like.

I dont really get this podcast, dont get me wrong I love hearing her life stories, but its really contradictory about her and kallum. She goes on about how they're not interested in each others personal lives and don't talk to each other or ask each other who they're seeing/what they do in their spare time yet she said they laugh about messages she gets so clearly do discuss it? Then Sophie goes on to say Kallum's having a really good time at the moment so that's clearly something else they're both aware of. And really, in time if they stay such best mates (and its lovely they have a great relationship), I can not see him or said new partner going round for Sunday dinner! No need to have a bad relationship but my parents separated and got on so well whilst we grew up, went to our weddings with separate partners etc but did not sit round personal homes dinner tables, and certainly would not have done in those first couple of years. Its a dream to many co parents but new partners would not enjoy that nor would the ex partner

Also, just to add, the financial point sophie talks a lot about. Kallum's such a good person (which I'm sure he is) he looks after her and kids and pays a lot for them and would give his last penny and thats just the sort of person he is etc. Lovely, but that's not everything about him, he is a real person, he has a job and a life too and just because he's had or has a successful career doesnt make him a bank.

As someone who's renovating a house now which I live in and a parent who's a full time landlord, trust me when I say you can't really "do it on the cheap" Im afraid.... Like here it wasn't even that bad when I got it, just a bit dated yet there's all sorts of stuff I never budgeted for like the other month I was getting new windows...I hadn't realised when I viewed the house they were connected to the burglar alarm so before the window fitter had even set foot in my house I had to get an electrician to come in for half a day to disable the alarm and remove it.

Also no bank is gonna trust them with an investment loan for a "totally run down" house as beginners, as there's always the risk from the lenders perspective that they will mismanage the funds as beginners and run out of money before it's been completed etc and the house not worth what the bank have paid out

I used to review business loan paperwork for Lloyds and unless they've got the cash in the bank themselves they'd have to start off with an easy reno such as something thats structurally fine but just a bit dated or just needs the layout reconfiguring thennnn a few years down the line when they've got some experience behind them, the business manager at whatever bank they use will then be able to use previous projects undertaken as leverage to lend to them for something more risky such as a full re do of a derelict house

2) PTWM (husband a police office) claimed that they had everyone’s IP address and threatened to find everyone.... wait a minute? 2 years later, nobody has had a knock on the door? I laughed out fucking loud. Don’t make claims that aren’t true, you look stupid!!!
