I have no idea what is wrong with some of the men on TikTok. Someone close to me was talking to someone off there- small account, really shite videos, vapid as anything. They had a little argument and he actually wrote to her ‘you just don’t even seem interested, you don’t even come on my lives anymore’

Not just men. some women on there just shouldn't be there at all. I have a bit of an ongoing joke with my kids about anything they're really into, fortnite, minecraft tiktok etc I pretend I'm the bees knees at it all and all the likes of Ali A who streams fortnite and that all learnt from me. It's great when I say summit outlandish like I create fortnite maps for them and I get a chorus of "prove it" In truth I know and they do too that I haven't got a clue. I keep up with what I can so I know what my kids are getting upto online. TikTok came about as I supect for most of us here. Lockdown and too much time on our hands. Kids asked me and the wife to get on it and do some videos with them. She has but I couldn't bring myself to dish out the 2nd hand cringe. Most of my feed is sport/comedians/british tv shows etc but for whatever reason since I've entered the Breach the Leach rabbit hole my feed is changing and more and more of lifes weirdos are appearing. I'll stick it out till there's some sort of ending to him and then i'll most likely delete the app safe in the knowledge that there's plenty of great people here who will continue to call out questionable behaviour from questionable adults.
There's all sorts of random tit on tiktok. My kids got on it and told me all about it, then I remember there was that vid of that bloke that shot himself on tiktok and it went viral. I got them to delete it after that cuz I didnt want them to see it. It was on tiktok for ages as well before it got taken down. They go on it now n then but they prefer youtube.

My daughter used it when it was Musically! It was a kids app then lockdown hit and Tiktok blew up. Now don’t get me wrong I enjoy it but mostly for animal tiktoks
and a few genuinely funny creators but I seem to be seeing more and more people like Poncey and Superman who are using it for all the wrong reasons. I do the odd TIKTOK with my daughter but they go in drafts and will forever stay in drafts!
