This here is why I hate Slimming World
The community weight loss group has had 4 new members this week all come from Slimming World as the local groups biggest loser had a gastric sleeve but slimming world have said the member follows the plan in addition.
In the book it stipulates any 2 x slices from a 400g loaf of wholemeal bread, I wouldn’t have worried!

I left SW about 4 years ago now and I still have friends I met on facebook/Instagram
Just swap contact details/SM details with the people you want to stay in touch with. I hated most of the witches in my group so didn't bother with any of them when I quit. If someone didn't attend for whatever reason, they would all sit gossiping about them. When I left, I wished I could've found a way to hide a camera for just the next session to hear what they said about me
