Eating disorders can occur from any kind of scheduled restrictive programmes.......
I.e Oh fitness furnace! I did it 3 years ago and it changed my view on nutrition and not for the better, it wasnt as flexible as what she claims it is, you have insane calorie counts to hit and break downs of fat, protein, carbs and at what time after training.
I did it for nearly 12 weeks got myself super lean (dont actually have any photos of that time as I was sacrificing socialising so I could "hit my calories
") and I went the three months without having a period and had to see a gynae cos I didnt know what was wrong
But yeah that messed up my eating and In the months after put on more weight than what I started cos I was thinking siobhan told us we should be eating more its ok!! Definitely wasn't a holistic or any kind of psychological body awareness component to the furnace when I did it.
