I wonder if Sez and Kurt got dropped by Spotify. No new Health Code Daily, Welcome to the Womb, or What a Mouthful in weeks. Old episodes are still up but I reckon there’s no draw to churn out new content if they’re getting “boosted” by being Spotify partners who are featured in those round up playlists.

I don't follow Candace Owens, she just happen to come up in my for you page on tik tok. The thing with Balenciaga is all over the internet but tik tok was the first place I read about it.

Spotted Sezza in the wild in Cronulla today - looked like she'd just been to a workout just after 10AM. She went to get a green smoothie and then saw her again, talking and laughing with a a group of girls! Never really seemed like she has any friends to me.

She seemed really manic - figure looks great but far from her insta posts would have you believe. Normal human slim size. DEFINITELY not a natural tan

Back to 7 days of Kurt being away!!! Only because he’s right there in the car with her so she couldn’t blatantly lie!! So she had storied 9 days multiple times. Even 10 days. Now the actual truth of 7 days!

Her latest stories trying to convince us of how busy and stressed she is. While she’s cruising around in a flash car in the middle of a work day with the kids and Durt, knowing she has excess money in the bank.
She thinks hardest decision is what to have for breakfast when really her life is easier because she doesn’t even eat breakfast.
Trips to the gym, pretending to drink poopy bloom, keeping up the charade of having a thigh gap and saying how busy you are doesnt make you busy or as you try and make out, busier than us Sez.

Kurt looks stoked and overjoyed to be reunited with his wife after 62 days away. The contrast between her face and his is sending me
They're so awkward and weird and distant with each other. Making the most inane conversation I've never actually seen them share a vibe or any chemistry like two adults who love each other's company and sharing a life together would. It's clear as night and day they're role playing and actually quite miserable if they were to be honest with themselves.

Hmm I reckon it could mean one of a few potentials:

1) They’re dropped (for any number of reasons - poor performance, failure to meet contractual deadlines, Scum Durt being genuinely terrible people - take yo pick Spotify!);

2) Contract ended and not yet renewed (which they wouldn’t be keen to advertise because it shows there’s doubt if they’re not getting picked up again straight away);

3) Health code is between ‘SeAsOnS’, but you’d think they’d announce it if it waa this? Then again, it’s Sarah. So she’d either announce 6 months early, or after she’s already late to record the first month of episodes ignorant small talk with her husband.

TBH it’s a terrible look regardless of the reason, and an indictment on their (mainly Sarah’s) terrible business management, especially in light of HoG which is meant to specialise in podcasts among other content (nontent). Shouldn’t a serious production house have a timed strategy for this sort of thing, and be ready to execute it months in advance? I work in a business management role (not even social media which I’d think has to be even more timely) with heaps of industry partners, and we are currently seriously prepping for stuff happening in June-Dec 2023! It’s normal.

I keep coming back to this idea that Sarah is self-sabotaging, because my mind just can’t fathom how someone can be this level of incompetent.

Spelling error aside, fitness influencers have really diluted the true meaning of a HIIT workout. The high intensity intervals have been swapped out for moderate effort intervals and abs. You see it all across YouTube.

OMG YES thank you for saying this. You can really tell the ones who have zero qualifications apart from those who know what they're doing. Sis here has been passing off absolutely worthless workouts for eons now. Today is just a good day to sell she doesn't give a shit about anyone elses fitness or body.

Plus she has nothing instructive to say (not that’s she’s qualified to utter a word about it anyway), but geez, STFU and let the actual instructor talk.

She has to insert herself in everywhere. Talk over the instructor but also make comments that only pertain to herself.

"I have an 8 month old and he's heavy."
"You have no idea how good this feels." -- why? she's doing it too, so maybe she does know????
and such.

Chic is beyind obsessed with herself. Cannot stand the focus being off of her for a second.

Also that workout was beyond boring. I couldnt stay interested beyond 7 mins. And I am a big workout aficionado.

They had a worse night with Kurt being there than Sarah did all week without him. The kids still slept in their bed and they still got no sleep. So blaming Kurt being away for these issues is looking pretty pathetic now. The issue is THEM and their lack of stability and routine in their lives.

Also, does anyone else feel like they had a massive arguement last night? Things felt tense in the car despite Sarah trying to be casual.
