In the early days of her column she used to reference giving products to people with the suitable skin type/hair type/colouring to test, but I can't remember the last time she did this? Not for ages I don't think.Exactly, so if she gets sent two products, one for oily and one for dry, of course she'll opt for the dry. So I don't know why she's shiteing on about "an act of bias".
This has been said on the CH thread but when you're testing so many products how can you possibly tell which is working and which isn't? If you chop and change, how can you pinpoint which one is and isn't working.
It was a near miss, that’s for sure. It's ok. you're home now.
She always used to say she did that...In the early days of her column she used to reference giving products to people with the suitable skin type/hair type/colouring to test, but I can't remember the last time she did this? Not for ages I don't think.
That was just maintenance...Sometimes, one rub is enough to know...
I've had to fly this week because I have a job I need to get to to earn money. I had to fly to one country where I then have to wait a few days before flying to another for several weeks. I was really anxious about it and almost cancelled despite needing the cash. So far it's been fine, the flight was very quiet, the airport was well controlled etc.Taking an aeroplane at this time is absolutely bonkers I agree.
The whole thing is a farce. The idea that one individuals, sampling an endless array of products, is able to comment about the efficacy of any of themThis is when I knew it was all bullshit, she wrote in one of the Guardian articles a few years ago that she was hungover and in a train station and popped into superdrug and rubbed one of their own brand creams into her face. And that was her review and recommendation. Going into a chemist and rubbing a cream, once, into her face. And from that she could extrapolate that it was a fantastic nourishing cream for blah blah skin types. From one rub into her skin.
Errrrr, no. That is not reviewing in any way, shape or form.
Her over use of is cringeworthy. Not in the least bit surprised to see the loathsome false Marian Keyes sucking up again. Horrible woman
Nope and can you imagine the vitriol if anyone dared to mention - have you lost weight, have you had a boob job.. Christ the skirting around the issues of botox was bad enough. Anyway fair play to her. I had one when I was in my early 20s and it was the best thing I ever did. Not sure why she needs to advertise it though. This is the problem with Sali, one minute her life is private and the next thing she is doing a Ted talk on it.
Was this even speculated on here?
