I haven't watched it yet, but she's been doing this in all her book-related videos and it drives me crazy. She'll announce that she's going for a walk with her parents or there'll be a jarring cut and she'll talk about going for a RON. These interruptions add nothing to the videos and there's zero reason why they need to be included. Ruby believes it makes her seem productive, but it actually comes across as unprofessional. It's not a good look when you can't set aside time to make a straightforward video and can't be bothered to edit out the irrelevant parts.

I think it's interesting that Sixteenth are closing their stationery companies. I wonder if they're struggling financially? They don't seem to represent anyone high profile.

What is with her strange obsession with age? “At 2 I took my first steps. At 5 I read my first book. At 10 I rode a bike.” Those kind of milestones get old at about age 12 unless she’s vying for a spot in Forbes 30 under 30 list or something.

At 20 I stopped pulling pints and started pushing myself. I was born in Buckinghamshire but I was made in the Royal Navy.

don’t watch it i’m begging you i’ve been re-reading & watching THG recently after having a very deep love for both in my teens and she’s driving me mad talking about it.

Tbf I'd rather have a bad pint than capsize in the North Sea or something.

They take a 10-20% cut of all brand deals and sponsorships alone while doing almost nothing in return, so I'm sure they're in no risk of going under anytime soon.

Plot -
- After Ella saw Kimberly dump flour on Ruby there is a lot of tension and Ruby is anxious about whether Ella will tell or not
- Ruby thinks that she has now lost her friendship with Ella because Ella will choose her sister over a friend she has only known for a month. Now she is sad that she has no one
- On Monday morning, Ruby explains she didn't get out of bed for a whole 15 minutes after her alarm went off. I think we are meant to infer from this she is depressed and dreading school
- Ella comes to find Ruby in the library to explain she is still her friend and that Kimberly feels bad for what she did, saying she was angry when she threw the flour at Ruby and that she will never do anything bad again
- Ruby goes to form and Ally starts to tease Ruby but Kimberly tells her to stop, saying that Erimetha is her sister's best friend

But the book is originally Russian and any Slav, including me, would pronounce it as KAramazov. (I literally feel like Hermione rn, "It's KAramazov not karaMATZof" ) She is soooooo well read sooooo smart sooooo perfect, yet she can't be bothered to respect other cultures and pronounce one single word correctly, despite the fact that she DOES know how to pronounce it.

And yea no tit sherlock, children murdering one another in a reality TV show is messed up. as if that was not the whole point of the whole thing. I bet she didn't even read that one book and she only talked about it for clout, to make some shorts for her tik-tok account. ONLY she messed up with that whole Jon Snow thing - or did she?? I have literally never heard any English speaker say it this way. We’re probably not emphasizing the correct syllables or saying it with a proper accent, but I’ve never heard anyone add an extra T in there. I don’t know why I’m still surprised by how hard she works not to admit when she’s mispronounced something
