This! The obstinate refusal to do the bare minimum. (Then again, that's our Roobee in a nutshell.) I don't know why she thinks it's acceptable to not even try to find out how the name is pronounced, and it definitely speaks to an almost imperialist mindset. Similar to the handful of times she's referenced a book not originally written in English - she'll say the name of the translator rather than the name of the author, because obviously foreigners don't matter. If anything, they should be grateful that someone has bothered to translate their feeble efforts into English.
(I'm not at all familiar with Einaudi's music, and sadly, thanks to Ruby, it's entirely possible I never will be. She's got the reverse Midas touch.)
