My 3 year old is still my baby and the actual baby is my little baby.
But you probably don't refer to them as the baby?
I do, my baby and my little baby.
To other people? My 10 year old is my baby (and always will!) but when I'm talking about them I don't refer to them as "the baby" did this or "the baby" did that, each to their own though!

Her rant about someone telling her to check her iron is a bit of an over reaction! I presume they meant well! Bit snappy!
She was so unnecessarily rude! Someone took the time to send her what they thought was useful advice - they didn't deserve that reaction from her. The scowl on her too.
Recommending someone get their iron checked is about the mildest 'medical advice' there is - it hardly even counts as giving medical advice
