Urgh - that reel. Didn’t even vacuum before leaving. All the marks on the carpet. They are a pair of utter grots. Allegedly Steve doesn’t work and boss babe can fit her uhhmmaaaazzzin cuureeeerrrr around her family so zero excuse for not giving the new place at least a good old clean. It’s hardly as if they need to be at work on Monday at 9am putting in a shift so surely they have all the time in the world?!

1) what on earth was that food shop? Besides it being for a family of 3
2) what happened to fajitas for tea?
3) have you cleaned the sofa that has been left behind? Before cuddling up on it

It’s all very odd. There are some gorgeous properties in Skipton for less!

Given the amount of time that place has been on the market and the prices paid for surrounding houses, I think they’ll have got it for a price beginning with a 3.
I think - given the increase in the other place and existing equity in it plus a bung from Mummy/Daddy Beaver that they will be mortgage free or near as damn it. Whatever mortgage they have, will be manageable unlike that for the shack. Plus this new place - whilst not at all to my taste - doesn’t need a huge amount of remedial work as the shack did and will be far cheaper to heat. Mummy Beaver can rest easy knowing that her grandchildren aren’t going to be left sleeping in a ditch because they’ve been put out of the house nor are they freezing cold with wind whistling through the single glazed rotten windows with only an electric heater to keep them warm, sleeping in a room with an external door or about to crack their head (or their tooth - Roma
) on the public lavvy tiled floor. Plus - as we have said - she is in hand to try and get the children socialised as their selfish mother apparently has panic attacks interacting with the general public for which she hasn’t bothered getting any help for. And she can try and get them some support and help at school.
