I remember one time I bought this multi pack of Crayola markers, anyway it was like β¬9.99 per pack but they had the full multi pack marked that way, it was like a big discount stores that you buy bulk so I got ten packs for β¬9.99. I said to them sure itβs priced at way and they said no problem, we will honor it. Shame on the flower placeThey cancelled the orders

No, itβs just an advertisement which is not legally enforceable. They donβt have to sell to anyone for any amount. You offer to buy something and they can accept or reject that offer. Theyβre choosing to reject. Also, under distance (online) selling legislation, there is a cooling off period where either side can cancel an order.
