When my child’s ND diagnosis and clinical report came in, we read it together. I expressly asked them to hold off sending to the other parties e.g. Dad, SENCO, GP. School particularly. There are things shared in the report that are also personal to the parents etc and I didn’t believe school needed to know all about my fertility woes etc! The point being I wanted to protect privacy and deal with the report as sensitively as my child wanted it to be. They got to decide if the school got the full or a redacted report. I cannot for the life of me imagine sharing outside of these parties. She is f@cking warped and clearly desperate to share on SM before even discussing it with T. Someone needs to step in and protect those children. She is one messed up person who literally lives her whole life through the lens of social media. I don’t know where she will stop for engagement and online validation but clearly the attention she has received over the years so far isn’t enough.

I don't think T ever had a miscarriage? Are people getting confused with the Liverpool blood clot saga? I always just assumed that it was a clot from a heavy period, and T not being educated any better just assumed it was? Please correct me if I am wrong! This was around Christmas / new year the year before last so she would have been barely 13. Why do I know this about a girl I've never even met, this is so awful for her. If I know - do her mates, he boyfriend's parents, her employers, her teachers? I do hope that someone who knows the family personally intervenes soon and gives Rachael a massive wake up call - what she is sharing is insane!

The school is an excellent school I used to work there many years ago and then returned to train staff there. The school has pretty solid procedures in place. Betsey would have done a lot of in house training and will probably be on her level 3, the school is very good at providing training and qualifications for their staff.

I have no doubts about that. My point is that as a parent of an ND child, knowing many other ND children with different and complex needs, I would not leave my child with an unqualified practitioner. I’m sure there is lots of in-house training and B may very well be in the midst of her L3 but at school she has the benefit of qualified and experienced colleagues around her. The risk comes once she is working on a 1:1 basis, in an environment that is probably not risk assessed with a stream of other people and triggers. If you include W in that, the suggestion from Rach being he requires 1:2, I don’t think it is safe. What happens when a child dysregulates? Is a runner? A refuser? Who manages that properly and looks after the other children when B is chasing a runner up her path? She may very well have maybo training but nobody else in that household does, what happens if their instinct is to step in and injury occurs? My point is that I have no issue with experienced and qualified practitioners, in a properly assessed environment, but not entry level, social media wannabe.
